Great Service

I had read some of the reviews here on Citysearch, and all the positive things said about them are true. I called, and they came that same day and did a wonderful job. I had some green stains on my carpet from a horrible product I used, but the stains were removed quickly and efficiently. I will definitely call them again if my carpet needs a clean.

Great Job

Robert was able to come to my house very quickly and gave me a very fair quote. He was efficient and the results were excellent. My carpet is thick, light beige, and had MANY random stains, most of which he was able to remove or greatly diminish. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again and will recommend him to my friends. In addition, he was both professional and very friendly. Super Job! Thanks!

Carpet Cleaning

Quoted Upfront price and paid exactly as quoted. Free Spot and Stain Removal. They really did work on the stain and some were removed(surprisingly). Really took his time working on the carpet. I like that. Price is very competitive. I have a half million dollar house with some really expensive carpets and R&R did good job cleaning them. Professional working manners. Crew arrived 16 minutes early. Which is excellent. Moreover, it's a small company, which is what I like, so they can concentrate on you as the primary client and not restrict to other bull$hit rules.

Best prices, GREAT service!

I called at the last minute on a Sunday at about 6pm (what was I thinking?) because I wanted my carpets to be cleaned before my house went on the market the next day. The owner was at my house within an hour and did an excellent job!! I can't say enough about it. NO ONE in town can beat their prices, trust me Ive called about 20 places. He cleaned 5 rooms for 99 dollars and I had some bad pet odor and he only charged 10 dollars for that. The average of other places around town were 150 for 5 rooms and 20 per AREA of odor remover. They have the right idea because I will definitely be using them again and I will refer my friends as well. You wont be disappointed

i needed my carpet cleaned very badly and i am on a fixed income the carpet is horrible instead of insisting on the normal price they offered me a 2 for 1 deal clean one room get the second one free the rooms really weren't that big and they needed it bad thanks for working with me.....

HONEST

i was recently trying to get some carpet cleaned in a rent house i own that had not been cleaned in seven years. some of the rooms were horrible. the carpet guy recommended replacing the carpet in the master bedroom and and in the living room. they saved me time and money and they did not make any money on the carpet replacement because i used my own guys for that. they did a good job on the rest of the house wiill use in the future.
