Used to be great about getting back to clients, now you can expect to be on hold for 10 minutes and never get called back and he raised his rates. I don't think he will make the list for best photographer in 2008.

Pros: Takes great photos if you can get a hold of him

Cons: Never available, pretty much caught up with projects he's doing on the side

Brett shot my husband for his website photos (he is a plastic surgeon.) We could not have been more happy with the results. He provided excellent hair and make-up onsite, was fast and we walked out with a disk of photos that we love - all for less than $300. My husband looked natural and like himself in every shot. We'll be back for family photos for sure!

Pros: Fast, professional, gave us exactly what we wanted.

I couldn't agree more with the rave reviews for Brett! He has done such a great job for me in the past, I have no need to ever use another photographer! He has done my corporate portraits, my family portraits, corporate events, and shots for my associates in the publishing industry. There has never been a service I have been able to refer that I know will always pull through with top-notch work like I know will happen when I refer Brett's photography. His skill at communicating with his clients is unsurpassed. He puts you at ease immediately and makes sure you come to a consensus on the creative vision for the work. Brett is number one, and the sky is the limit for him.

I had heard about this out of town photographer and had to come see myself. i am an OBGYN and have several patients who use him to follow their pregnancy and years after, but I wanted to see myself. He was fantastic and the wall Portrait he did for my office makes everyone comment on the expression and feeling he caught in the beautiful touching pictures. He is the best and the cost was very affordable. I will send anyone to him....It is worth the out of town trip. He was prompt, on time and very fun to work with.

Brett Chisholm has captured the most amazing photos of my entire family. From my daughter's birth announcements, to my family portraits, to my neighbors model portfolio, Brett has done an outstanding job. We were lucky enough to attend his grand opening of his new studio where he organized a benefit for SNAP. Brett raised tons of money for the organization, and we all had a blast! Radio DJ's from SUNNY 99.1 hosted the event, and they use Brett's photos, too! I cannot urge you enough to use Brett for any photographic need you, your family, or friends may have. He has the most incredible vision, and will do wonders for you! I have never been so impressed with someone like this in my life, and will continue to use him in perpetuity.

I have been using Brett since he started in the business. Let me tell you this: He is the absolute best!!! He has helped my career more than I can describe. I am constantly working, and constantly getting the best comments about my headshots! Keep up the good work, Brett. Make sure you check out his website.... it will show you how amazing his work is!

About ten years ago when I was in the acting business in Houston, there was only 1 or 2 photographers to go to for headshots. They did just about every working actor in the business. Unfortunately they passed. In recent years, it seems like anyone with a camera can call themselves a headshot photographer. Houston is blessed again to have THE go-to guy for outstanding work. Work that SELLS YOU and gets you LOTS of work. It is VERY simple to find out who you should go to. ASK the AGENTS! I have friends that I work with that are represented at every agency in town, and they ALL use Brett Chisholm. My agent uses Brett for everyone. His work is unbelievable! His prices are the most competitive in the business, and he treats you like a star! And I challenge you to find another photographer that allows you to INSTANTLY proof your images in the studio so you leave with EXACTLY what you want every time!

I attended Brett's Benefit for S.N.A.P. with a friend and this was the first time I had ever meet Brett. After meeting Brett and experiencing his charisma first hand I immediately booked an appointment. I have never had a photographer that could catch that "glitter" in my eye. My husband was so excited with his surprise. We will be making an appointment in the near future for the entire family. Thanks Brett, keep up the good work.

I received Brett's name from a friend of mine, and I had just had new headshots ordered and complete. After looking at his website I decided that I had to try him out. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. My photo shoot was well worth the $$, and I have never looked back that I had 2 sets of headshots completed in 2 weeks. I won't use anyone else in the future and recommend him to EVERYONE I know.

Brett did an amazing job of making us feel at home. His professionalism and eye for detail is unsurpassed. I will use him again many times over. Not only did Brett make the adults comfortable, he did a great job with the children. We plan on making our "extended" family portrait an annual event. Also, check his website for specials, as I often see them out there. Thanks Brett, you made our Christmas this year!
