We regret choosing this company. We hired them for a large project at a high price expecting above average to excellent results. We received a poor end result with a lot of headaches along the way. A promised 2 week job lasted 5 months with a lot of redos, damage to our home, and unreturned phone calls. There were many guarantees that were made by the company and owner, however, it would take several phone calls and delays before anything was done. Now that the project is finally finished with a supposed guarantee on their work, we still have to wait a long time before we get anybody to fix the problems we have. Also, be careful about their pricing. We asked them numerous times if the price was the final price because it was so high. We told them that we had reached the maximum of our budget and could not afford anything higher than the quote they had given us. They kept saying it definitely is and it was once again "guaranteed" to be the final price. Lo and behold, they raised the price on us during the middle of the project because of their mistakes. I don't think it's fair to do that. They are supposed to be the professional and take all the foreseeable and unforeseeable circumstances into account. They charge such a high price as it is that they should have the supposed "extra" costs covered. I would have gone with a less expensive company if I knew how unprofessional and greedy All-Tex Exteriors was. Then I would have known it was mostly my fault if there were any problems because I chose to go with a cheaper quote.

Cons: Poor customer service, Greedy company, Broken promises/ guarantees, Expensive

As of now, things are getting much better. The owner came out to meet with us directly and has been very professional.

I just had my home painted & had a patio cover build in my backyard. I was extremely pleased to find a company that will deliver on their promises. I dealt with the owner personally. Although I probably could have saved a little by going with a smaller company, I'm glad I didnt. Kudos to All-Tex.

I cannot express what a nightmare of an experience I recently had with All-Tex. I was looking for a company who would manage several projects: painting my 3-story Victorian home, adding a balcony, replacing windows, adding French doors. The salesman was charismatic and persuasive, and I actually believed him when he said the job would be done in 2 weeks. It took five months and required constant vigilance on my part to get any piece of it done properly. The workmanship overall was extremely shoddy (I don't think they had ever built a railing for a porch before!) and when they exceeded the amount of damaged wood they estimated needed to be replaced prior to painting, they just keep on going without telling me a thing. This meant they were now painting over rotted wood! The gutters leaked so bad once installed that it was silly to have installed them at all. I assumed that there would be a project manager who would "manage" all the parts of the job but that did not happen. Instead they sent teams of subcontractors and when things went badly, they simply blamed the subcontractors, many of whom spoke no English so I could not communicate with them at all when I saw problems developing. I had french doors installed and the workmanship on the trim was ridiculous. And because some of that trim needed to be indoors -- and they don't do indoor work -- I had to hire another contractor to fill gaping holes in the walls. After three months, the paint started peeling off huge sections of the house; clearly the surface had not been properly prepared or the paint was shoddy in quality or something. The workers left a mess on my property on many occasions, left ladders on the roof for weeks, left cigarette butts everywhere, opened doors and left them open so my cats and dog could escape, and so on. This was a very expensive job and the service and workmanship is not worth even one star. I would give All-Tex minus five stars if that were possible.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!! We had the worst experience with All-Tex Exteriors. We thought they were a large company who can get the job done in a timely manner with great results, so we did not mind the higher price tag. However, they turned out to be VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and our project was delayed multiple times. No one would answer our phone calls or emails. It has been very frustrating, and we wouldn't want anyone else having to go through what we went through. We also wished we had done more research, because we later found out that they have had several complaints in the past and have an unsatisfactory record. SO BEWARE!!!

Cons: unresponsive management, unprofessional company

I have been meaning to write this review for some time now. Just haven't had time. :) I am so pleased with the siding they replaced on my home and they built me a beautiful sunroom on the back of my house! I just love it! They were very professional and everything was done exactly they way they said it would be. Everyone that comes over compliments how great my house looks now. Thank you All-Tex!

All-tex replaced our old wood siding with hardi plank. It was finished quickly and the workers cleaned up everything. Our project manager told us when a small amount of decayed wood was found under the old siding it was also fixed at a reasonable price. They weren't the lowest bid but a neighbor recommended them so we gave them a chance. No regrets here. Your results may vary but we wanted to give credit where it's due.

Pros: fast, professional, trustworthy

Cons: expensive
