GREAT SERVICE, GOOD RATES, GORGEOUS HOTEL

WHEN CHECKING INTO THE HOTEL, THE FRONT DESK PERSON WAS ON THE PHONE, BUT UPON US ENTERING THE HOTLE SHE QUICKLY HUNG UP AND GREATED US WARM HEARTEDLY. I PERSONALLY DID NOT EXPECT THAT, USUALLY GOING TO A HOTEL, THE PERSON AT THE DESK WOULD MAKE ME WAIT, AND THIS ONE DID NOT! THE RATES WERE SIMILAR TO THE SURROUNDING HOTELS, BUT I TELL YOU, THIS ONE WAS THE BEST!!! THE PERSON AT THE FRONT DESK ISSUED ME A KEY, SO I MAY GO LOOK AT A ROOM, BEFORE I MADE UP MY DECISION, WHETHER OR NOT TO STAY THERE. THE ROOM WAS GREAT AND VERY BIG.

Best place in the La Porte, Kemah area. Stay here.

My family and I needed a place to live while our house was restored after a fire. This hotel is an excellent place, we looked at another hotel across the way, and Holiday Inn Express in La Porte was where we chose to stay. We stayed for an entire month. Breakfast every morning. We were accomodated very well. Friendly and prompt service. The rate is comparable with others in the area.

The only improvement could be that they include more items in their gift shop. We check out today, it was a good experience and would recommend you stay there when visiting the area. Thanks Nish.
