Great customer service

When I checked in the front desk staff was great, after a long trip they made me feel at home. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff was excelent. All though the resturant staff was limited the services was still great. I would definitly recomend this hotel to anyone staying in the area! Great rates, Great services, GREAT HOTEL!!!

Rude front desk staff!

(June 2008) The front desk person never looked me in the eye or greeted me. When she spoke she was extremely short and rude. There are plenty of other nice hotels nearby to stay at where the staff actually has some people skills.
- Pros: None that I know of
- Cons: Horrible Customer Service
