wonderful doctor and staff

I saw Dr. Hailey Ngyuen the other day for the first time and after reading the other reviews on this site....She exceeded my expectations for sure. The office staff is amazing, so sweet and you can actually tell that they like what they do. After filling out the paper work (which was only 2 pages) the nurse took me right back. She took my vitals and moments after that the doctor came in to see me. Dr. Ngyuen's bedside manners are great and she had me in/out in 30 mins. from start to finish. Also, she types out everything on her laptop including her prescriptions which makes it easy to drop off at pharmacies. Overall was very impressed with this office. Oh did, I mention that she can do lab work on site if needed. I am proud to say that I have a great doctor for me an my family. Thanks Dr. Ngyuen and office staff!!!

****Great Family Practice Clinic****

Really nice family practice office. The staff was very professional but personable. My appt. was with Dr.Bogar & I must say, she's the Doctor I've been searching for. Very easy to speak with, very easy going & patient, but very professional. I never felt rushed. I didn't feel like a number in line, it was a very pleasant office visit. I've already recommended her to some friends & they've already made appts with her. It's a small group of 3 female family practice physicians, & it's a very efficiently run office. I've had experiences that left me wondering what just happend because the physician was in & out like a flash of light before I had a chance to ask the questions I had or sent a nurse in the finish up the visit, or physician's that don't make eye contact, or rude staff & office managers that had the same disposition when I've asked to speak to one. This office is completely the opposite, it's a nice, calm enviorment, & very easy to get an appt. They also have on site lab services so you don't have to go to a seprate place if you need bloodwork. I say make an appt here & exprience it for yourself. Kudo's to Dr.Bogar & staff for providing such a pleasant experience. I'm so glad to have a family practice physician I feel totally comfortable with. Yaaaay!! Finally!!! :-)

I am so impressed with this clinic. Getting an appt. was easy. The staff was friendly and sharp. The Dr. was personable and very up to date with treatments. I will make this clinic my new family medicine provider.
