This second-floor yoga studio boasts two spacious and elegantly appointed yoga rooms with a triple air filtration and heating system unique to Bikram yoga's super heated practice. Inside the sunlit space, certified Bikram instructors lead practitioners through the 90-minute class consisting of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. Both the men's and women's change rooms have a steam room and showers.

My favorite yoga studio in the world

This is the most beautiful, 5-star, detail-oriented, customer friendly yoga studio i've ever been to. It's warm and welcoming all the time.

The classes are a REAL workout! it's intense and fun at the same time. the heat makes you feel like a TOTALLY different person once you've walked out of a cold shower afterwards!

The teachers are great. they're dedicated and knowledgable and are there after class to answer any questions about poses or diet or lifestyle.

i became addicted to yoga years ago and feel LUCKY to have found this studio to really finally learn about yoga.

BEST BIKRAM YOGA STUDIO EVER!!

Arnie and Jen (the owners) are really great. All of the teachers are really awesome. It is enriching and very healing. My father has healed his sciatica, tennis elbow, and tendonitis; and I am working on healing my knee! The facilities are very nice as well! Bikram Yoga The Woodlands is the best yoga studio ever!!

It doesn't get any better than this. There's just no better Bikram Yoga Studio around. Conveniently located in The Woodlands Waterway. The studio's every attention to detail makes this a great place to unwind and work your body. Hospitable, friendly, knowledgeable, warm, and inviting all describe the staff and instructors. Owners Arnie and Jen Ballew make this studio a wonderful home for the Bikram Yogi. See for yourself! Flexible class limes, affordable class passes, free babysitting, spacious showers, world class amenities and a luxurious yoga studio. All that's missing is you!

Best Bikram - classes and facilities!

Having been to over 25 Bikram studios in Asia, Europe and N.America this is clearly the benchmark for all other Bikram studios: qualified, consistent and caring instructors; clean, spacious and appropriate lit practice studios with consistent heating and humidity; and an experienced and friendly staff that respects you and your practice. As you walk into the richly appointed entrance you realize that this studio is different than the dank smelly typical "hot yoga" studios.

The Woodlands studio offers plush spa-like facilities and the best of Bikram hot yoga. The studio owners, with their excellent staff, take care to make sure every attendee feels appreciated by offering them the best facilities available including a large plush relaxation lounge with slate floors, waterfall and comfortable chairs/benches making a perfect place to reflect on your practice with one of the house "rejuvenation" elixirs. The bathroom and showers are always spotless and very well maintained with three showers and even a steam sauna that is a wonderful complement to a strenuous class. The yoga studio has the best natural lighting (wall to wall windows) of any studio that I practiced at and the floor is routinely cleaned and sanitized. Rental mats are laundered after every use which makes the overall class for experienced and novice practitioners alike that much better. This is an outstanding studio.
