Very Impressed

I have taken my truck here a couple of times, and they have finished the work quickly and got me back on the road. Once I was given a ride home because I didn't have another way to get there for a few hours. This last week I took my truck to Cherry Park fix a problem, they looked into it and suggested that I take it to the dealer, because the dealer could better service an electrical part that was needed. I took my truck to a local dealer ... Joe Myers Toyota, and the dealership said I needed over 2,000 worth of repairs. Not always trusting the way dealerships run their business, I called Cherry Park to talk to the owner about the repairs that the Dealership stated that I needed. The Cherry Park Owner suggested that he go with me to the dealership to find out what the deal was. Once the Cherry Park Owner was there looking into the problem, the dealership said well you really don't need all these repairs most are really just suggestions. I only allowed the dealership to fixed the electrical problems for $159.00 and the rest of the repairs were done at Cherry Park Automotive for only $94.00. I would never use Joe Myers Toyota service department again, it was a complete scam. Cherry Park Automotive saved the day and I will tell as many people as I can because they saved me $1750 plus tax in unecessary repairs.

This place cannot be trusted. When they check out your car, they make it worse. I took my car to have freon put it, they said it needed over $600. worth of ac work done. Previously to taking it there it was cooling some in the evenings. After taking my car to Cherry Park Automotive it was Totally HOT air!! They messed up my car! DO NOT TRUST THESE CROOKS!
- Pros: close to home
- Cons: They mess with your car - I don't trust them at all!
Consumer Beware

Cherrypark Automotive used the wrong belt when replacing the old one on my vehicle. It was so large that it couldn't be tightened properly and screamed loudly every time I drove the car. I had to pay again to have it replaced elsewhere because Cherrypark refused to fix it. They wouldn't even refund me for the belt when I brought it back to them.
They also called me during the repair service and notified me that my brakes were dangerously worn and required immediate replacement. I had just replaced them 30 days earlier so I declined the brake service. The owner claimed that I would have to sign a "release" due to the unsafe conditions of my brakes. I had them re-checked elsewhere for peace-of-mind and found that the brakes are in perfect condition. I obviously won't trust Cherrypark Automotive with any of my vehicle repairs in the future.
- Pros: Near home for me
- Cons: They provided poor service and I had to pay someone else to fix their errors.
