I had a great experience with these guys. They did everything to meet my needs. I would definitely recommend them! They were very professional and knowledgeable.

these guys are great! i've been there 3 times and they really do a great job. i forgot the names of the associates that take care of me, but everyone has been resourceful and courteous. the waiting room and the shop is always neat and organized, and they have a convenient shuttle service if you would rather wait at home. the webcam is quite innovative as well. I've been around alot of shops and DME has been #1 thus far! keep up the good work! -vince

I recently moved to the Houston area from out of state. I have been trying to locate a repair shop that I could take my car to and not worry about them ripping me off. I was lucky enough to stumble upon Domestic Auto Experts one day when I had a flat tire. I limped into their parking lot on a flat. They not only took the time to look at my tire (at 6 a.m.) but also found the nail and plugged my tire at no charge. That sealed the deal for me!! I was hooked on Domestic Auto Experts. I recently went back again for some service work. Not only did they get my car in right away, but they also gave me a free ride to work in their shuttle van. When we realized that my car would not be done that day because of some additional work that I wanted done, they came and picked me back up at work, and allowed me to use on of their rental cars!!! I left the shop that night with the peace of mind that I could now get to work and run all of my errands even with my car in the shop for repairs. I did not have to worry about getting around. It is makes for such a pleasent experience!!! The next morning, I received a phone call just to update me on my car and let me know that the repairs were going great. I waited for the other shoe to drop and hear about more money needed, but it was just an update to let me know the repairs were going great!! I went in later that evening to pick up my car after the services were performed. When I got there, my car was parked out front and ready to go. The advisor that I worked with immediately recognized me by face when I walked in. He went through the entire invoice with me and even answered my questions about ther service. As an added bonus, he even showed my the bad brake pads that had come off of my car. This reassured me that the digital pictures he had sent me earlier were legit! Thank you Domestic Auto Experts for being everything that your name says you are!!! You have a customer for life here!
Pros: Rental Cars, Shuttle Service, Digital Pictures, Web Cams, Knowledgeable Advisors, Clean Shop, They go out of their way to make sure that you are happy!!
Cons: None at all!!! I love Domestic Auto Experts!!!

i have to say, thinking on a busy Saturday that an oil change would take as long as any 10 minute oil change garage, at Domestic i was in and out like that. The oil change i needed was quick and painless. I was able to continue my plans for the day and got an oil change done in the process. Domestic oil change service was GREAT
