Excellent service!!!

I accidental let some moisture into my Rolex DateJust that was given to me by my parent after passing the Royal College examination may years ago. When calls were made to some local "authorised dealer" the charges were quite expensive and routinely they say will take a few weeks for servicing.

Hal Martin took only 2 weeks and the watch is like new when I picked it up today. The staff were exceptional pleasant and the lady (Barbara) alos give me very nice carrying case for my other digital watch.

The price for servicing was very fair. I would definitely return for the next service.

The location is also easy to find with ample parking spaces.

A Pleasant Experienc

A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE

My wife and I (Margaret and Dick Golden) lived in Ct. and retired to Houston TX. I have diabetes that caused kidney disease. I was told that I might have to go into a dialysis program within the next few years. Upon researching further, my health was good except the kidney problem and the Doctors said that I should consider a kidney transplant. My wife (Margaret) said she was willing to give me one of hers. Testing our compatibility, she was approved to be my donor. We went through the operation and I am now living a normal life with the hope that the transplant has given me twenty more years, I decided that a gold charm of a kidney would show my appreciation to my donor, my wife. I did not find a commercial gold kidney charm. My wife had used the Hal Martin’s Watch Jewelry Co. several times with very positive results and had received wonderful service. I stopped in to talk to them about the kidney charm project. They also checked for a commercial charm and found that there was none available. They then proceeded to make a mold of a kidney and fabricated the THE PERFECT KIDNEY CHARM. Margaret has not taken the charm off. Thank you Tarang of Hal Martin’s Watch & Jewelry Co.

Excellent Service!

My wife and I purchased new watches from Hal Martin's and were extremely happy with the entire process. We were able to easily identify the watches we wanted, the watches were found and brought into the store within a few days. When we did need additional service on one of our watches, Hal Martin's staff was eager to help us remedy the issue. We will go back to Hal Martin's for all of our watch needs. Great job - keep up the great work!

Excellent Personal Service

Took recently inherited antique watch in for appraisal. Staff was extremely professional, and not only appraised, but also cleaned my watch and told me all about its history.

Phenomenal buying experince

A couple of years ago the jeweler we were using went out of business. In search of a new jewelry business, we happened to drive by Hal Martin’s and stopped in. At the time, we were upgrading our bezels on our Rolex watches; Tarang provided an excellent buying experience in regards to both price and quality. Therefore, when it came time to upgrading my wife’s wedding band, Hal Martin’s was the obvious choice. We were looking for a 100% custom designed band. So, with an idea in mind, I drew a rough picture on a piece of paper and decided on the overall width of the ring and the size of the center stone. Tarang took over from there and two weeks later we had a “WAX” model of the ring. We made a few minor adjustments before proceeding. Two weeks later, we had the most STUNNING ring you could ever imagine!!! In addition and most importantly, THE SERVICE AFTER THE SALE, IS AS GOOD IF NOT BETTER THAN WHEN THE PURCHASE WAS MADE.

They have made a customer and a Hal Martin advocate for life.

Absolutely Perfect

I was in the market for an engagement ring, and it was recommended that I go to Hal Martin's and speak with Tarang. Tarang did nothing but portray the utmost knowledge and experience in his craft, as well as treat me like a long time friend. When I came in later to pick up the ring, it was obvious to me that I was working with THE BEST in the business. The ring is gorgeous, and I could not have asked for a better experience. I will never go anywhere else for all of my jewelry or watch needs. Oh, and by the way...she said 'Yes!'

Great experience!!!

I have never written a review and do not participate in customer satisfaction surveys because as my mother said" If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything".

But after my purchase of a Ladies President Rolex last week I am a lifetime fan of Hal Martin Jewelry and Tarang Patel. The negotiations were fair and I really appreciated the value for the quality recieved.

My wife loves the watch and her follow up visit for the fitting of the band was as pleasent as my purcahsing experience.

Thanks Tarang, Hal and Amanda I'm sure we'll be doing more business in the future.

Excellent Service, Knowledgeable Staff, and Very Reasonable

Hal Martin's staff was truly helpful. In my need to get a 1930's pocket watch repaired, they were able to help with no hesitation. The cost of repair was reasonable (and very inexpensive to some comparable shops) and the timing for repair only took a few weeks. The location is secured and the staff is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

Amazing Service, Dependable and Fair

I was referred to Hal Martin's by a friend because I had some old gold and diamond jewelry I no longer wore. I was so impressed by how professionally I was treated and felt totally comfortable and confident the first time I went into Hal Martin's. Tarang suggested that I consider taking some of my loose diamonds and creating a wearable piece of jewelry. We decided on a design, and when the ring was finished, I was awe-struck at the fabulous design, the beautiful work, and the more than fair price. I receive compliment after compliment on my beautiful ring and each time, I refer to Hal Martin's. Hal Martin's literally took jewelry I no longer wore and made an exquisite ring that I will cherish forever! I also needed some earring posts reworked. Hal Martin's expertly remade the posts and earring backs and cleaned my earrings so beautifully I hardly recognized them. I am a forever grateful customer! Thanks, Tarang!

Excellent watch cleaning and adjustment

Years ago I took a $400 electronic watch to a well-known jewelry store. They told me it was just a gadget and would not even look at it. Another (smaller) jeweler found corroded contacts, cleaned them, and only charge me for the battery. I vowed I would never go back to the big name.

So, when my Rolex was in need of service, I found Hal Martin's on the web with all these 5-star ratings. I went there and was very please with staff and especially the quality of the service performed. Twice previously, the Rolex factory had "serviced" and returned my watch out of time-keeping specifications. Since Hal Martin's finished with the watch, it keeps nearly perfect time (less than 10 seconds drift in a month)! The watch looks as good as brand new. They have won me as a loyal customer.
