This was a wow! Tobie Oidtmann's name was recommended to me by a friend who had seen her in the past. I am an adult who suffers from ADD. My job, family, and friends were are succumbing to my issues of distractablity. I decided to take the reins, so to speak, and find out how to deal with my ADD. I have learned valuable skills in managing my time, keeping track of tasks, and focusing on one issue at a time. Although I will never feel "cured", I will now, as a result of Tobie's efforts, be able to monitor my own behavior and react accordingly. I am very appreciative of her knowledge, care, and concern.
