Your experience starts with arriving and no one is at the front desk, a girl works there part-time and when she is there she is not friendly. The one person that works in this spa as the technician, and she goes out of town a lot, is late to her own appointments, cancels your appointments several times within just two months time. The doctor who does the mesotherapy is very rude and refuses treatment to many patients. All in all its not a very professional place and needs a lot of work.
Cons: one technician, no staff, appointments always cancelled, techs are late to appointments
