Excellent child care

My 3 children have attended the Primrose at Crossroads Park for 3 months. I have been so pleased with the professional and warm response from the staff. My children LOVE to go to school and that has not always been the case. The Owners and Management are first class. Thank you Primrose!!!!

Wonderful Place for Children

My son has attended this school since he was 12 weeks old and it has been a wonderful experience. He loves his teachers and learns so much everyday. Dropping him off is a hard thing for me, but I feel so secure in knowing that he is very well taken care of. The staff is so polite and welcoming. I could go on and on about the great things this school has to offer, but I will stop there!

Very pleased with Primrose

We were very happy to find Primrose after searching for childcare for my 10 month old and now she is 2 and we are very happy with the school. My daughter does well in the Primrose environment and my 4 month old will be starting there soon. My daughter loves her teachers and I really like the daily reports so that I know what type of day she has had. For us, it's the next best thing to staying home with her. I read some reveiws that mentioned high turnover and there was some when we first started and there always will be to some extent, but we have seen significant staying power among our daughter's teachers. Any concern I have had has been handled with great care and integrity.

severely dissapointed

The new director is horrible!! She has run off my son's teacher and most of the good teachers they had left. She talks down to everyone. She must really have the owner fooled, although that isn't hard as the owner never seems to be there when I am. I agree with "confused" some of these reviews must be written by the director. As soon as a spot is open my son is out of there.

Much Improved!

I have a child in the young preschool class with Ms. Grant and Ms. Foster. And I love how great they are with the kids! They always insist on the children treating them and the other students with respect but are able to enforce this in a loving and firm manner. With that age it can be hard to curb their energy into safe things instead of running, climbing, and jumping off any available surface. I have a hard time with my own let alone a whole class full!

I am very happy with the new management. Ms. Buck came in around January and changed many things in the school and from what I can tell these changes have not harmed the children but ensured that their environment is an even safer and fun place to be. I love how direct she is when answering questions concerning my child's education.

Recently I have been worried about my child moving to the older preschool class due to the many staff changes over the last several months. However, there is a new teacher (Ms. Forsyth) who started somewhere around the end of February and seems to have great control in the classroom. I spoke to some of the parents who have children in that class and feel much better about my child moving up! When I drop off in the morning I see her working in the classroom and I like how the children go over to her and get excited about the projects for the day. The other teacher is very nice and always greets us with a smile. I am very happy with the staff in the Preschool rooms.

I am excited about Primrose again because of the many improvements and the new staff! Great Job!

• Cons: High Staff Turn Over rate, Many policy changes, Not allowed to pack your child a lunch.

There is an extreme amount of turnover. Some really good teachers have left recently. I'm not sure why. Before she left my son's teacher said the owner has management writing favorable reviews on this website.

Great DayCare

I have read all the earlier comments on the school and really think some people are being very harsh. I do agree that there has been some turnover - but with that they have gotten some great teachers!

As for the teachers and curriculum, I couldn't be more pleased! My son just started pre-school and has been attending Primrose since he was 4 months. Now I also have a 5 month old attending and feel totally at ease leaving her in the loving hands of her teachers. All the staff know both my children by name and make them feel at ease. My 5 month old is excited when dropped off and in a great mood when I pick her up.

I can't believe how much my 3 year old has learned in such a short time! When I compare him to other children his age, he is way above the curve in knowledge and his ability to communicate.

The school is always clean, they have outdoor play grounds for each age group, and I have never had an issue with a diaper not being changed or atleast looked at every hour!

Over all, I would recommend this school to everyone!

• Cons: Staff turnover

We are happy with the school. Sure it has had some ups and downs but seems to have carried thru on what we told on our tour. Would recommend it to others

Used to be OK

Used to be an ok center. They now have some British woman that is scary and I will probably pull my girl from the school. For the last 4 months the director and asst. director seemed to have added some stability but this new woman seems to have brought things down. I've heard Kids R Kids is a good place. Perhaps I'll try them.

Best Child Care Around

My kids have been attending Primrose @ Crossroads Park--- I have been very very pleased with them... The curriculum is awesome and the staff is wonderful. They have had a few staff changes but have been very smooth with my childs class and it turned out great.. Would absolutly reccomend for childcare..
