I have used Gretchen's service for 9 months now for both midday walks and evening pet sits. She is reliable, professional, and always accomodating. My dog Annie loves her and I would highly recommend Gretchen and her staff!
Pros: Professional, Knowledgeable, Accomodating
Cons: Must leave voice mails and await call backs-- my calls have always been returned

I have used this service for a few years now. I am a commited costumer because one Thanksgiving we went out of town and forgot to get G&I a new key to our new front door. They bought food and slid it in the doggie door with water everyday. We were very thankful. They even clean up when my spoiled dogs make a mess.
Pros: Service
Cons: Takes a little while to get a call back

I used this service one time and will never do it again. I left a msg with them after they visited my home to walk my dog asking them to call me back and I never heard from them. I was concerned because I was out of town and someone called me to tell me my dog was out running loose and I wanted to make sure my dog was in fact at my home safe and sound when they showed up to walk him. As a first time customer I would have thought they would be better at follow up and good customer service.

gretchen & staff are always friendly. our pets love them. we have used other sitter who didnt acually walk our dogs while we were gone. gretchen & staff do walk our dogs & our dogs are so happy when we get home. gretchen & staff our knowledgeable about products, medication & health. we love they stay up to day with pet first aid.
