Awful

When the flowers never arrived the day they promised, I called to ask what was the issue, and they complained that the address was too far and would have to wait until the next day. When I insisted, they arrived at 9:45pm with flowers that looked like they were picked up at the gas station. They lasted a day and had to be thrown out. What a waste of money.

Not a good choice for floral needs. When my sister did recieve the flowers I sent...they looked as though they had been purchased from Walmart. Not real happy about that especially for $65.00 + and they were very rude when I called to complain. Do not know how in the world they came up with their name. The arrangement was as far from elegant as you could get.

Call someone else, anyone else

They totally blew it! I wanted to surprise my wife with flowers for our aniversary. They were supposed to deliver after 1:00 well they lived up to their promise. They delivered them at 4:00. My wife had already left for the day. I called them to complain and they blaimed it on my wife for leaving early!

Talk about customer service!

Morons!

I tried to set up flowers for my wife every monday. They forgot three out of five weeks, and lied to me about why they didn't send it (one excuse was because it was the only order going downtown). They even had a different florist send flowers once. The arrangements were all pretty similar - nothing special.
