WORST PLACE!
by pamper me
Let's see, where do I begin...? First, I had a chemical peel to correct some minor imperfections. I was promised that I was the perfect candidate for this peel by the girl at the desk. She, I believe her name was Laurie, was pushing everything they offered in a very high pressured way from laser treatments to very over priced products etc. Finally, I bent & purchased the peel. I found out about this place from my friend who just purchased a laser treatment package. The girl who gave me the peel said she was new there & seemed very nervous. 2 days after my peel, I had huge oozing BLISTERS all over my face! Eventually, it became scabs that shed off leaving dark marks & scars with depressions. I didn't want to tell my friend for fear that she would some how feel responsible. A few days ago she called to tell me of her bad experience...SHE WAS BURNED TOO! They don't give any refunds. She told me that everyone there is new. They don't return my calls. She told me that the doctor is NEVER there. How can they call themselves a MED spa? Now when I mention my experience to my friends at the gym etc, I'm surprised to find that they already knew about this place & its horrible reputation. By the way, their products are almost double the cost of the same I saw at the derm I'm seeing to correct the damage they did at radiance. Also, they have the highest prices on just about everything else. Unbelievable!! Save yourself the money & get results from somewhere, anywhere else!! I would have spent double the money to have had none of this ever happen in the first place!
- Pros: they tell you what you want to hear
- Cons: worst treatments & prices. nice until they get your money
Just what I needed

A friend gave me a gift certificate towards any service at Radiance Medspa which I used on Bptox. I found the waiting room very tranquil which helped to ease my stress over facing an injection. The nurse was very professional and took the time to answer my questions and the injection that I was afraid to get was a piece of cake. I am happy to say that the prices were much less than I am used to paying in my area (Memorial). and I ended up making a future appointment for a Facial.
I would definately reccommend this spa to my friends!
- Pros: Amazing sale prices
Best Medical Spa
by happycat63
I dropped into Radiance Medspa without an appointment and at my wits end; I needed some quick fixes for a family reunion. When I came in, even though they were busy, they said they could fit me in for some Botox and fillers. I noticed the spa was clean and relaxing. They offered me some great tasting water and snacks. They were extremely helpful also-giving me discounts because I have a really small budget to work with. When I was recieving the Botox and fillers, I noticed the nurses' and doctor's extensive training plaques, which made me feel at ease. I was very nervous this being my first time to recieve fillers; the nurse was very gentle, she did not rush the procedure, and she gave me a mirror during intervals so that I would not be nervous about the results. No other doctor's office or spa has taken this much time and bent over backwards to make me feel at ease with anything. I am usually rushed in and out. I also noticed the staff were wearing uniforms which appeared to be professional to me, especially when a medical procedure is performed. So, at the end of my visit, I was extremely happy with the results of my fillers and with my experience at Radiance Medspa. I will continue to be their loyal customer.
- Pros: Ambiance; Staff; Service
- Cons: They need more advertising; I did not know they were at that location
Very Posative Experience
by BrookeSutton
I was recommended to Radiance Medspa at the Town Center location by a friend of mine who "gets all her fixes there". Because she praised the staff highly and I had asked where she got her dermal filler, I decided to give it a try even though I had read more bad than good reviews on this site.
The person I spoke to on the phone was very informative and polite and encouraged me to come for a complimentary consultation. At this consultation I met the doctor, aesthetician and receptionist. I was not pressured to buy anything, (which I really appreciate), but did feel comfortable enough to make my appointment for a facial and dermal filler. My experience with both proceedures went beyond my expectations, and I am happy I took the advice to try them out. The prices were better than I am used to, so it goes without saying, I will be back for more. Brooke
- Pros: Parking, Service, knowledge of staff
- Cons: Difficult to see
Great Customer Service, Aestheticians, Staff, and Skin Care products

My experience at Radiance Medspa was beyond my expectations. I had a facial peel and not only were the results great, but the aesthetician was very helpful in teaching me to care for my skin. I went back for Botox and was pleased that a physician also took the time to consult with me prior to my treatment, explaining the proceedure and post treatment.
The whole staff was very nice and I felt at home from the moment I walked in the door and the spa coordinator welcomed me. I would highly recommend Radiance Medsap..............you won't be disappointed!
- Pros: Competative pricing, Staff, Atmosphere
