After Looking at several options on the net, we choose this company because they offered a 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee on all work they do. In the past we have had other companies claim to be great but did nothing close and never answer their phone.. Cityclean Did a great job, they were on time and did everything they said they were going to do, the process was very thorough and they seemed to be very time manage oriented, after it was all done, it took very little time for the floor to dry and we could walk on them.. Its 2 weeks later, no issues with reappearing spots and the carpets still look fresh.. Great Job and will be refering

We hired Cityclean based on word of mouth. We were very pleased with the service we have received. One of the techs went above and beyond to help me move stuff that I should have done prior to them coming out. If only all service providers could be this good!!

I knew these guys had it right from my first phone call. Customer service and hospitality is becoming a lost art but they had it nailed from beginning to end. Accurate quote and explanation of services over the phone to excellent, on-time, professional service on site! A tenent left the carpets an absolute mess with pet and traffic stains, I was so worried they'd have to be replaced. Their crew got it looking new in no time! Would recommend these guys in a heart beat, and gotta love the family-run honest business aspect!

Warning! Don't believe everything you read!

The website says they "pre-spray", "remove 95% of moisture", "apply turbo fans to speed drying, and rake carpet fibers to restore pile". They did NONE of this at my house. When I got the quote, I asked if there would be any additional costs, and was told there were none. However when they arrived, all the above items were only at extra cost, INCLUDING "DEEP" CLEANING THE CARPET. My carpet is only one year old, and their cleaning couldn't even remove the little bit of darkening caused by high traffic. Hours later my carpet is still not dry!

• Cons: unexpected costs, didn't fulfill claims

Best Service Around !

I have a very busy household with five children. The carpet was heavily soiled. The technicians which came promised that the carpet would look clean when they the job is completed. I must say they kept their promise and worked hard to remove the stains. I put their number in my phonebook for future use.
