The Best in Houston

Jason is the best combination of knowledge, experience, and intuition about what will work for each individual client. Most other trainers are frankly stupid about the science and physiology of training. As a physician, I can tell you that Jason knows his stuff.

Wonderful and professional

I was completlt suprised by how professional Jason was and how well he knew how to handle me as a client. I was a little intimidated at first, but after I met him and we began to talk I saw how easy he was to talk to and learn from. He REALLY knows his stuff.
