These guys are awesome! They did such a great job on my poor tortured rug and I have felt such guilt at taking so long to write this because I was so grateful for how accommodating they were and what a fabulous job they did. And I love that they are a smaller company and I could support a local firm. First, I have birds at home so I did not want anything with lots of chemicals or smells because of their sensitive respiratory systems (though I still moved them to the back of the house). I also try to avoid a lot of chemicals and smells and these guys fit the bill. Literally, it did not smell at all. And second, I had had a "rug emergency" the night before and when I begged they even managed to squeeze me in that evening because one of their techs was willing to take an extra job! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! So I was sold on what I read about their service on yelp and city search, their willingness to help me short notice and their process. They have a several step process (that I am sure they would be happy to explain to you by phone) where they vacuum and clean and that all sounded great to me. They were slightly more expensive than some of the competitors I called for bids, but my rug is important to me and I trusted them that they knew what they were doing. You really do get what you pay for--though if you are some renter from hell doing the last minute "oh my God i need my deposit back!" you might not care. The tech showed up on time and was very professional. He knew what he was doing and when he left, he even managed to get my rug back down on the floor in a tight spot without having to put the couch that had been resting on it back by sliding a little bit of the rug closer to the tv (I had never realized that there was space under the lip of that big honking thing where my rug could lie unburdened). Honestly the Best Carpet Cleaners Company in Houston, as you can see.

DO NOT USE MUNDAE FOR AIR DUCT CLEANING. THEY WILL NOT CLEAN ALL YOUR UNITS AND WILL SCAM YOU INTO SPENDING MORE MONEY THAN YOU HAVE TO. I AM STILL FIGHTING THEM TO CLEAN MY OTHER TWO UNITS AND PROVE THEY CLEANED THEM.

As a professional with a busy schedule I find it very difficult to take the time to write a review of the services I receive at any place of business. I think it is worth to take the time from my busy family and professional schedule to write a review of Mundae carpet cleaning and their team members. Mundae provided me with the best carpet cleaning experience I ever had. The service is great, the people are very professional.The carpet looks so much cleaner . It is amazing what a difference one cleaning can make. I will be using them again.

I had Mundae come out to clean my carpets and they completely lied about their price and the steps they would perform to clean my carpet. On their website, they say they are reliability rated: they are not. They say they rake your carpet and put blowers on the carpet to dry: they do not. The carpet was so wet when they left that it took about 12 hours to dry. In addition, they did not put the furniture or other items on blocks to prevent marks. There is a harsh residue in my carpets. I will have to get them cleaned again. I think the glowing reviews that are written about them are an inside job. They have someone write those reviews. That was not the same Mundae cleaners that showed up at my house. I would NEVER recommend any one use them. You will pay money for a service and be worse off than before

Great Service, at a Great Price!!: I don't ordinarily take the time to write a review for a service but in this case I was compelled because the service was so good, friendly and professional that I had to let everyone know.
