what great customer servise is

I Never knew that customer service was in a courier service was untill I chose Texex courier & messinger to deliver a package that I needed to get from the east side of Houston to Richmond, Texas in less then 3hrs. They came picked it up in less than 1hr and had to it location with time to spare. Even at that they had even asured me that I didn't need to worry that they would take good care of me. I was so very impressed.
