As a former employee and frequent patron of Benihana, I know my Japanese food and culture. Benihana is a bit far and my brother in law recommended HB, so we decided to try this place. There is always a crowd, and for good reason! The chefs are better, put on a decent show, the fried rice is PERFECT, the food is perfect. There is always cold Asahi beer. The other good thing is the prices. I recommend going for lunch because you can get a meal deal with your drink included for about 12 bucks for two meats, fried rice, salad, soup. At dinner time the chefs get a little sluggish and don't even put on a show at all. The waitresses are also sluggish and sometimes rude depending on who you get. But keep in mind alot of the employees at these Japanese restaurants work the entire day, at least I did on weekends. I go here frequently and recommend it over Benihana any day!
Pros: Great Prices, Great Food, Great drinks
Cons: Some waitresses are impatient and rude
