Tsk... tsk...
by houstonhelper
I just wanted to make sure the St. Regis Spa Director or GM knows its employees are advertising their services at their own homes for "a fraction of the price."
"I provide upscale massage therapy services to guests of the spa at the St. Regis Hotel in Houston. The massage therapy and bodywork services clients receive at my private practice are the same as one would receive at a five-star hotel - at a fraction of the cost."

If it were my company, this to be a conflict of interest. Thought the owners of this spa would like to know.
- Pros: beautiful venue
- Cons: unprofessional staff
chaotic place
by dianerimmie
i booked a massage which started late.
lady put in tip for me to pay...what an assumption!
place was messy.
nobody to greet me. i felt rushed and not very comfortable. what's going on? do not trust all the other reviews!
- Pros: late night appointments
- Cons: there are better spas
Overpriced for the quality
by elizah
This spa is a below average spa. I went in for a massage, and it was o.k. but not worth the price. The front desk girl made me feel rushed, and she was on her cel phone when I walked up to her. She made me feel like I was a bother to her. The locker room was gross and smelled like mold.
I called for a few days before anyone even answered my call. Is anyone even really there for customers?
If you want to have a nice spa, go to the houstonian down the street. At least it is worth the price you pay.
- Pros: Massage was o.k.
- Cons: rude staff
Facials are to die for!!!!!
by ca1976
I had a facial here yesterday, and it was so relaxing. I didn;t feel rushed, and the lady gave me a complementary make up application with this really nice mineral makeup that made me feel like a million $$!
The service is the best, and I really like how the spa is small, but still luxurious.
I will definately be coming back monthly!!
- Pros: Open late nights, free valet parking, pool, steam room
- Cons: No sauna
Wonderful Spa, Best service
by citygirl007
I did not even know that this spa was here in town until Citysearch! I enjoyed an entire day here. All of the staff of the spa were so nice and made me feel like I was on vacation even if for a day!
I had the Organic Body Ritual. I highly suggest it to anyone who wants soft skin and a wonderful massage.
I had this Turkish guy as my therapist, and he was WONDERFUL!!!
- Pros: Open late at night, Pool and gym, great service, free valet parking
- Cons: Hard to get an appointment on the weekend, but worth waiting for an opening!
Best Facial EVER
by mhenrey
I had a facial from Stevie last week, and it was the best facial I ever had. I travel a lot for business, and I met her at my local coffee house and she invited me in. She has beautiful skin, so I fugured she must know what she is talking about. Not only was her facial wonderful, but everyone at the spa was very professional and made me feel right at home. I will be back soon to try some of thier other things!
The best couples massage.

I wasn't sure what to do for Valentines day, and I contacted the spa at the St. Regis. The ladies planned a day for my wife and I. It was truly a relaxing experience. The ambience was soothing, the staff was attentive, and the massage was WONDERFULL.
- Pros: They are open in the evening, and on Sundays.
- Cons: It's hard to get appointments on Saturdays.
The nicest place in Houston
by dvine
Everyone there from the moment I park to the momment I left, treated me like I belonged there. People fron the front desk were so sweet to me and even went so far as to walk me up to the spa making sure I didn't get lost. When I got up to the spa everything smiled so beautiful I ended up buying the essential oil that was scenting the place. My services there were the best I have ever had and I've been to many spa here in Houston and other states as while. When my service was over the therapist even started the steam room for me and made sure that everything was ready for me to take a shower before I was through. Before I left I was able to enjoy some hot tea that they had made just for me. This place truely makes sure you feel special, and wanted. They understood my needs with out me having to tell them and made this experience one I will always remember. Thank you to all of the employees at St. Regis Hotel and Spa for giving me the best experience that I have ever had at a spa.
- Pros: parking, staff, Treatments, service, skills

I had a massage from Emin this last week, and a collagen facial from Rosa. I was impressed with this spa!! I came here once before a couple of years ago, and it definately was not this wonderful. I can really tell that they have changed everything!
I have had many massages, but I like deep tissue. Emin is great!!
- Pros: Deep Tissue Massages, Clean spa, friendly staff
- Cons: It is hard to get appointments on Saturdays!!!
Best Gentleman's Manicure/Pedicure in Texas!
by cw1120
Go check this place out for yourself! They really cater to men. I felt completely comfortable, and Paula did a great job with my manicure and pedicure. I also had a Gentleman's Hot Towel Facial and a massage.
All were great and I will be back. Very professional staff. Everything looked clean to me. I also enjoyed a dteam in the eucalyptus steam room, which was great.
- Pros: Open late, Professional staff, steam rooms, gym
- Cons: no haircuts offered
