Excellent Realtor

Randall was referred to us by friends after their positive experience finding a house in the very competitive Heights Area. Randall worked tirelessly with me and my wife to not only find the house we were seeking, but work to get the best deal as buyers.

Randall took a genuine interest in getting to know us and patiently shared with us his knowledge and expertise in a manner that helped us ultimately purchase the home we wanted. Randall is a very well-respected realtor in the area as was evident in his dealings with other realtors and the referrals he had for mortgage lenders, inspectors, repair/handy man, home stager, etc. He understands it is a big decision and takes time with his clients to make sure they are educated and comfortable every step of the way.

All in all, Randall exemplified what a GOOD realtor should be: Focused on the long-term happiness of his clients and not the "short-sighted" sell. There were many properties we considered, but never felt pressured into any decision. I could not have been more pleased using Randall to help us find our home!

We also used Randall help sell our previous property. Once again, he proved his understanding of the real estate process. He had professional photos/brochures made, hosted an Open House and ultimately sold our property in 2 weeks in a very tough market! Not only did our house sell quickly, it set the price/sq ft for the area.

Great Realtor

Randall did a great job helping my husband and I purchase a rental property. Since this was our first such purchase, we had lots of questions and Randall always had the answer.He was always available for us to look at properties and was willing to show us anything we were interested in. I would highly recommend his services and personally use him as realtor again.

Great Realtor for Downtown/Midtown Houston

Randall and I quickly established what kind of home I was looking for and zeroed in on a property I am very satisfied with. Randall was always available on my sometimes hectic schedule, I never felt like he was trying to "sell" me a home, and really seemed to have my best interests at heart. At every point in the process he stood up for me as a buyer, negotiated well, and helped me wherever I needed it. I am the second person in my family to buy a property through Randall, and probably not the last. The best praise I can give is that I would readily use Randall again if I bought another condo.

Great Realtor!

Randall helped with my first home purchase. I had a small budget, but he was still willing to work with me to find the best place within my budget. He was very helpful during the inspection phase of purchase and worked with the other realtor to make changes to the contract as needed. All the vendors (i.e. inspector, pest control, mortgage lender) Randall recommended were great and added to the ease of the experience. When I'm ready for my upgrade home I will definitely use Randall's services again.

Best realtor in Houston!

Randall is a great realtor to work with. He answered all the questions I had as a first-time homebuyer and guided me through the process patiently. He understands Houston real estate very well and will give you great ideas on how to increase the value of your property. He even helped me fix my backyard at my new place on his free time! I liked him so much that I used him to help me lease an investment property and purchase another one. He will never pressure you and will work with you every step of the way. Working with him was a real pleasure.

Great Experience

Randall helped me on my first purchase. I was very picky on exactly what I wanted, but he was patient and constantly talking to me about what he thought of various properties I wanted to see. It was always last minute when I wanted to view a few places for sale, but he always found a way to work in time for me to view potential homes. Relaxed, but very knowledgeable and hard working. Strongly recommended.

Great Realtor

Randall recently represented us as buyers on our first home purchase. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of our questions. He also provided referrals for our mortgage banker and home inspector, which really alleviated a lot of stress and were great referrals. We would highly recommend Randall if you are looking to buy a home.

Outstanding realtor

Randall was very patient and accommodating throughout the house-hunting process, particularly showing us houses only within our price range. He understood our style and preferences and didn't waste our time with houses that didn't meet that criteria. He didn't get frustrated (or at least didn't show it) when he showed us a house that met our requirements, but we just didn't "feel" it. Once we found the house we wanted, he moved quickly & aggressively to make sure we got it at the price we wanted. We're very happy in our new house. Thank you very much, Randall!

Great 1st Homebuyer Experience

I recently purchased my first home and Randall helped me every step along the way. He was knowledgable of the Houston real estate market, aggresive in negotiating, led me to the right people for financing/inspections, and was patient with me throughout the entire process. I will definitely look to hire him on again whenever I sell my home.

Knowledgebale, Friendly and Patient

Randall Hebert is extremely knowledgeable about Houston real estate, and he is just as friendly and patient. Randall worked tirelessly to ensure that I found a house I would be truly happy with now, and several years down the road.

I could tell that Randall was genuinely concerned with helping me find the perfect house, not just helping me find a house I would be satisfied with.

After walking through dozens of house, and writing offers on several, Randall helped me find and purchase a house that I am absolutely in love with.

I have recommended Randall to several friends and will continue to do so.
