Great food, horrible service

Our server was not attentive at all. First he brought out the wrong item (Spicy Salmon instead of Spicy Shrimp & Egg Tacos). And then he never brought me the hot sauce that I asked for. At the end, the bill was incorrect. He charged us for the salmon ($17) instead of the tacos ($11). He then tried to explained that its how the system works and that both items are the same price. After we told him to go check the menu for the price..he came back and said "oh yea you are right." He never once apologized for his mistake.

VERY RUDE MANAGEMENT - MIDTOWN LOCATION

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!! THE MANAGEMENT WAS OUT OF LINE AND VERY RUDE!!! THE FOOD IS ALWAYS GREAT SO I MIGHT STILL GO TO THE OTHER LOCATIONS BUT SINCE THIS INCIDENT BACK IN APRIL....I HAVE NOT BEEN TO ANY OF THE CYCLONES! ITS FUNNY ...ON THEIR WEBSITE IT SAYS THIS...

They do whatever is necessary to make their mostly african american customers uncomfortable.

I don't think they want us here. They would rather leave their patio doors open to hurry us out than to close em n make it comfortable. I wouldn' recoomend thins place and if I come back it won't be on a friday. They really would prefer ur a few at a time. Sincerely, someone who feel as if their hard earned money is not appreciated. Peace!!

will never go back! spent $50 on breakfast and left unfed and frustrated

I made the mistake of trying this place out for Sunday brunch. It took forever to get our drink orders taken, and our drinks. We were there for at least 45 minutes before our food order was taken and it was not busy at all. They messed up two of our omelette's, mixing the ingredients, then they have the nerve to bring us the same omelette's back ten mins later and tell us we must be confused and switched the two omelette's, that I had his and he had mine. Then we had to explain in detail and show him on the order print out from the kitchen that didn't match the insides of the omelettes and insist that the ingredients were messed up. We wouldn't normally care but the switched combinations were gross (chorizo with asparagus and swiss cheese? yuk). The new omelette's took longer than the first, and by the time we got them they were cold. We never saw a manager or anyone who looked in charge or knew what they were doing. We paid our bill, in full, even though we didn't touch the second set of omelette's and went to whataburger, which was perfect because we were hungry.

BEST MARGARITA

I am new in town. Yolanda from Children's Collections on Bellaire blvd. suggested this place for drinks. We stayed for dinner. Our husbands met us there and had the best time. Great food, service, atmosphere. I was so happy to find this place as I wanted a girl hang out place for our friends and Yolanda knows the area and she was correct. Liza our NY friend came and we had to drag her out because the food was the best she had ever had and wanted to order to take home.

Great Lunch Menu

I've been to cyclone for lunch several times and have had no complaints. Their lunch menu is very affordable and the food is good. Most meals, at tex-mex restaurants, come with beans and rice. I'd have to say, cyclone has one of the best beans and rice i've tasted. I think the hardeest part of any good food is perfecting the simplest things. The only downside to the place on woodway is the limited parking. The only other alternative is valet parking.

worst time of my life

ok lets start by saying i had the worst time of my life everything started at the door with the hostess, rude not even said hi how you doing? when se walked us to the table she walked away not even caring if we were following or not she was a long hair big nose lady she sounded like venezuelan or something like that but just low class very very bad english then she drop the menus and not even said enjoy ur meal and took off , the server was good hes name was teo and the food was ok not the best but not the worst and then we saw the mannager a fat lady never came by the table she coudnt stop grabing her hair and i notice she grab some food plates without even washing her hands very disgusting she was laud and obnoxious , i even hear her screaming like crazy to a poor bussboy the reason i dont know by the way her name is anabel i really dont recomend this place at all to expensive for the type of service you got , and the restrooms my god in such a bad shape i believe the restrooms from the corner store are better and cleaner never going back

Strong Ritas with lots of flavor

I went to this cozy place on Woodway to find out that they enlarged the place by a 1/3. Place was jammed packed for a Friday nite as well. The wait was only 5 min and the Hostess was delightful! I was greeted at my table by the waiter who was very friendly and helpful on deciding on one of their famous Ritas. The fajitas and costillas were to AWESOME. It was a meat lovers meal. Tres Leche was also the best I ever had and come to find out they are daily!!!

Bad MANAGEMENT and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This place *&*()!!! I've tried for two days and five (5) phone calls to get a menu faxed to me (they don't have a website) and still waiting! When eating there the service is horrible!! The margaritas are WEAK and they still charge $9.00. Outrageous! The food itself is good if over priced. NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!

What's wrong with the staff?

You would think that a busy office that orders food several times a week to go would be receiving great customer service but we don't! I called several times to get a menu faxed as our office misplaced the previous one and this was too daunting of a task for the Woodlands location. If possible I recommend going to the midtown location--I have yet to be dissapointed by the fabulous staff there. And did I mention how good the food is? Very good...a shame that other locations do not share the same level of customer committment.
