It's ok...not sure why they are rated #1?
by dannon99 at Citysearch
I want to start out by saying yes, I do have high standards, so if you are not picky then this review is not for you. While the massage was very relaxing, and the girl was super nice, I payed $20 extra for deep tissue and it was NOT deep tissue I asked her to use harder pressure and she did not. The cottage is in serious need of remodel. However the staff is could not be more friendly... so if you are looking for a light touch massage, don't mind the very worn decor, this would probably be a good place for you.
- Pros: It is relaxing
- Cons: no deep tissue, worn looking cottage and decor

AMAZING!!!! Search is over....the ABSOLUTE BEST

From the moment you drive up to the cottage style haven, relaxation exudes. Greated with soft spoken professionalism offering hot tea while sitting back in oversized inviting wicker chairs....pleasinging decorated.....THEN...the therapist invites you to your own room in this haven where the magic continues. Oh, the hands work as kneading instruments...repairing, relaxing the tired muscles throughout your body. I have had many massage therapy experience but the ones experienced at Heights Massage & Day Spa trump all of those by far.
I will continue to drive from Louisiana to Houston in order to experience this little piece of heaven on earth.

- Pros: entire experience relaxing
- Cons: NONE.....well, only that I don't get to go there more often
Great experience all around!!
by KimmyHM at Citysearch
This is quite personal, though I am a massage therapist andhave worked at Heights Massage in the past I just wanted to say that it was the most wonderful experience I have ever had with my employer and it's employees. I have been a therapist for over 3 years now and must say that I have had bad experiences with spa's in the past because of health code issues or they didn't pay enough, or they were just not friendly to the clients.... ect. ect. this list could go on and on for days but the important thing is that I had recieved services while I was there and was satisfied each time. It is hard to please a therapist or facialist or well, just anyone who does the same thing for a living as what they are getting lol, we are all critics. But honestly, I was very happy there. It was very hygenic, very cozy, friendly atmosphere, and loved the brand of services they provided to the clients. It is the BEST MASSAGE AND DAY SPA IN THE HOUSTON AREA!! I highly recommend it!
- Pros: Best massage, best facials, best waxing, best eyelash ext.
- Cons: Didn't find one!

Had a very nice initial visit today. Lana and the staff at Heights Massage and Day Spa welcomed me and forgave my late arrival.. (I did call and let them know I was running late) I still received my full massage. I like the detail they go to to find what your specific needs are, and just what it is you're expecting during your visit. Lana did a fantastic job, had strong hands for my very tight upper back. Atmostphere is very relaxing and comfortable. I booked my next appt. before I left.
- Pros: professional staff, relaxing atmosphere
- Cons: couldn't find one
This place is THE PLACE for a great massage
by cl1357 at Citysearch
Had a great sports massage today w/ Kim. Very experienced, knowledgeable, professional. Tailored massage perfectly - pressure, rhythm, flow, & to the music. Laura, the Director of Operations, showed me around the Spa. Told me the wait used to be 3 weeks+, but now they're expanding into 3 additional houses/buildings where they do the massages. The atmosphere, design is wonderful. Currently have a lot of massage therapists looking to work there.
Am a runner who gets massages regularly, but this place is for everyone - couples, women, male, athletic, etc.
Definitely coming here again.
- Pros: massage, staff, atmosphere, design
- Cons: Price - but worth every penny

Amazing Massages!!!

Had a really rough week, stress galore! My friend came in from Louisiana and I wanted to give us both a relaxing weekend to revitalize.
I googled massage in my area code and I found the Heights Massage and Day Spa, and I'm so thankful I did.
We got a 1 hour massage, they put us in the same room - soothing music, dim lighting, great ambiance.
Then the massage was AMAZING!!!!!
Both my friend and I can't stop raving about our experience.
Our massage therapists were Mary and Vilma - would recommend them with 10 stars to anyone!!!!
Go check them out and see for yourself how an hour or more in their care can wipe away weeks of stress!
:c)
- Pros: Calm environment, kind employees, relaxing all around
- Cons: none!
