Great Esthetician

It is rare that you go to a spa to get a facial and find a well informed Esthetician. After going to Heights Massage & Day Spa for several services, I finally booked my first facial and was not super pleased with my results however, I learned that that particular esthetician would no longer be working there and on my second facial I was introduced to Jessica. She is passionate about what she does and has taken the time to research products and their affect on our skin and bodies. I have been receiving facials for over 4 years regularly due to hormone related skin problems and it really takes a knowledgeable person to be able to work on my skin and actually see/maintain results. The 5 star rating I am giving is based solely on my experience with my facial and Jessica.

There are a few things like lighting and temperature control that seem to always be an issue whatever service I am getting and I think the owners may want to consider remodeling a bit. Also, I have had waxing services done several times but lately it has turned out to be more painful than necessary because the strips being used were so cheap they kept ripping and not coming off properly. This caused major skin irritations in several parts of my body. That being said, I would rate this spa overall at a 3.5-4 for not having proper lighting and ordering low quality products. Please buy a higher quality of strips or I cannot continue to get waxing services done at your spa.

BEST MICRO EVER!!

had a fantastic microdermabrasion treatment yesterday with Jessica. She really knew her stuff and my face feels incredible.. I look forward to my next appointment!

Not sure

I am really not a picky person and I certainly don't think this is a bad place to go, but I don't get all the hype. I have been for two massages and while they weren't awful, they weren't as good as some of the chain massage places. The second time I went, I inquired about other services and products at the front desk and the woman acted like she was put out at the questions. Oh well, maybe she was having a bad day. In my opinion, the prices are just too high for mediocre service.

NOT what I asked for

I set up an appt. to have a facial done here. I asked the girl who was setting up my appt. to give me a person that is requested the most for facials because this was my first time here.(since this is rated as one of the best spas for a facial). I guess she did the opposite. I got to talking to her (jessica) and she said she is quite new there and had only been here 4 months! I wasnt liking this at all. Her facial was ok and the extractions didn't hurt and while she was doing them, she said twice your redness will go away by tomorrow. Which is understandable because i know how a facial can leave redness. So I'm sitting here 2 days later with what looks like little scabs all over my forehead. I've had numerous facials done at a previous spa and never has my face had scabs after a facial!

Average on the lash extensions

went here for lash extensions after reading all the reviews. initially the extensions looked good. I went for initial set and 3 refills, but, after awhile, not so good. Spiky, clumped and looked bad after a week! who can afford that? I do not wear much eye make up, I just had knee surgery so don't work out much either so don't know why the lashes did not look good, fell off and clumped after a week. I have nothing to compare to as this was my first lash extensions, but have decided to try another place and see .

Houston's BEST Massage & Lash Extensions

After moving to the Heights, I started inquiring about a place that provides quality massages, I did not have to look far. With my job, I have alot of stress, sore muscles, pain and stiffness. I am always skeptical of new places but decided to give it a try. My massage therapist was very professional and found every knot and every site that was causing pain. My husband was surprised to find me in tears while I walked in the door after my first massage. His initial thought was another massage therapist threw my back out (yes, this has happened to me at other places). To his surprise I was crying happy tears. It was the first time in a LONG time that I have been pain free. It's one thing to live with annoying aches and pain but it's another to actually be free of it! While going to this spa, I noticed everyone's lovely lashes. I indulged myself with eyelash extensions and those have also changed my life. LOL! Please visit their website. You will not regret it! I also have to say, I was a member of a chain massage company for 4 years and 1 massage at Heights Massage & Day Spa was better than 4 years at the chain. M.Patterson, RN, BSN

Best Massage Ever

I have been here many many times and am a regular for deep tissue massage.

All the massage therapists I have gotten have been excellent. It is by far the best massage place I know of and I have tried many.

The only bad thing I could say is it may be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Love this place!

Love this Place!!

I have been to many day spas around town and this one is by far my favorite!. I feel every woman should be able to treat herself to so pampering from time to time. I feel uncomfortable walking into many of the spas in town because they always seem to "high-class" if that makes sense. You end up paying to feel important rather than feeling relaxed... not with Heights Massage & Day Spa. You are nicely welcomed as you walk through the door. They have a very nice reception area that makes you feel relaxed immediately. I have had massages here many times and they are always wonderful. I went yesterday and got a facial there and had an equally wonderful experience as previous visits. The girl who did it was fabulous and very friendly and interested to hear any concerns I had. It was a wonderful experience! Ask for the German girl!! : )

Skip the Chains - This is the Place

Growing up in Houston I have checked out numerous spas especially the high end ones. Some give an average massage, some never go deep enough and others may even talk during the experience. At Heights Massage you are greeted by professionals in a warm, relaxing atmosphere. This was my second visit with Vidal (therapist). He is amazing. Focuses on areas of concern and gets right to the heart of the muscle. I was completely relaxed and treated with great care and attention. The owner has taken two homes back to back and transformed them into a tranquil environment. Park across the street at the Spark park!!!

Top Ranking for an Outstanding Experience

It's not every day you get to experience a massage that not only totally relaxes you, but are in such a wonderful environment that you really feel pampered and special.

The employees here are top notch. I am very guilty of going to places where a massage is nothing more than a side offering. I have NEVER experienced a place that was more relaxing, soothing, and invigorating.

My therapist was outstanding, and she made me feel totally at ease throughout the entire session.

You must, if you have never been here, tear yourself away from a mundane massage and experience an environment that will leave you relaxed and rejuvenated.

A solid 5 stars for this wonderful spa.
