Horrible Pool Company! Beware

Poseidon Pools can talk the talk, but they can't walk the walk. Poseidon Pools is a company that will take advantage of you when they can. They have run our pool for a while and I have been upset with them over many things. Mainly it is the we know all attitude. They act like they are the only people that matter. The people who run the pools and company (higher ups) are rude, unprofessional, and sly. BEWARE.

• Pros: The lower level lifeguards are nice
• Cons: The management of this comapny, HORRIBLE and RUDE

Zero Stars - Worst Customer Service EVER

Poseidon Pools is a poorly run and poorly organized pool management company. We paid Poseidon Pools $155 for a 2 hour Private Pool Party. We had to pay more money for 3 lifeguards. The morning of the party, their lifeguards let another birthday party in before we got there, let them have their party without paying, and couldn't get them to leave! Now, Posiedon won't refund us our money and says it's not their fault!!! They wouldn't return any of my phone calls. Finally I spoke to their owner -- Terri -- and she was very ugly to me on the phone! Where's all that "down home customer service" they brag about on their website? I will never receommend Poseidon Pool Management to anyone and I encourage anyone who has them to re-evalute their services.

• Cons: They give you nothing for it

Great Service to our Community.

These guys do a fantastic job, their lifeguards are the best. Our pool has never run so smooth. I've never seen a pool company as good as this. They do a great job!!
