I went to the location off Memorial the young lady at the front desk Christina was very informative. Never pushy. She knew her stuff. After the tour of the facility she handed me a custom Tan Plan.. and advised me to call 713-22TAN-ME to give my opinion. I got an answering machine with a lovely voice that said to leave a message...sooo I did. I got a call back from an older woman, (Not very Pleasant) it seemed I wasted her time. I told her I was told to call and give my opinion. She said "why didn't you go online and leave a comment?" She gave me the website and said go to contact. And that was pretty much what I did. Anyway...she must have had a bad day. One thing I have to note...It was a clean and awesome place.
Pros: In and Out
Cons: Don't eat at the front desk and talk on the cell phone (Not the Momorial location)
