Very good experience

My teacher was very good. The materials for the class were excellent.

I am now more confident following my ESL class with Language Direct.

The teacher came to my office and I did not have to waste time to go to the school.

Thank you to the Coordinators for your help in scheduling around my busy travel schedule.

A superior language training service

This is by far one of the best language service companies in town. I have been an expatriate in many countries and have had one-on-one instruction for many years. Language Direct provides an incredible service - the trainers are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Our employees have learned a lot this past year.

Excellent Business English Onsite Program for our company

VERY POOR customer service!

I truly believe that first impressions mean everything in the business world today. The incompetance and absolute indifference of their administrative staff is truly appalling. I need to find a company that will instruct our engineers in various languages to work in different parts of the world and this company's Admin. can't even display basic human politeness! You've lost what would have been a very good client....on my first impression of you.

EXcellent Instructors!

Excellent instructors! I am fully conversational in Portuguese after only 9 months of classes...highly recommend this language training company.
