Black Tie Limousine Service

I travel to Houston every few months or so and I decided to try a new limo service. Blacktie ended up being thes best service I have used. The driver was waiting for me with my name (for no extra cost), the car was new and clean and the driver was fantastic. The driving it self was safe (not speeding talking on a cell phone as I have experienced with other services) and I did not feel uncomfortable at all. When we got to our destination there was no ask for money (since my card was on file) and no expectations of extra tips (since the tip was included). I will be using this service again. Oh yea and the price was right aswell

Pros: Clean Car, Safe Driving, Extra services like meet and greet for no extra cost

Cons: none - believe it or not

Used Black Tie for a last minute limo ride to a concert in The Woodlands. Have had several limo experiences and this was, by far, the tops. The driver was great, the car and all accessories were clean. It even had a Play Station....who knew?? We had a great ride out, and a much needed air conditioned ride awaiting us as we left the venue. Great experience and one I will be sure to repeat w/ Black Tie.

Pros: Excellent customer svc, great value, clean vehicle, early arrival

II set up a reservation last week to have a car pick up one of our biggest client. He was absolutely impressed and everything went very smooth. Whenever we need a car service we are most definitely going to call Black Tie". IterAmerican Coffee Amber

To Whom It May Concern; After reading a recent review I was compelled to add my own to the mix. Arriving at Houston International from Los Angeles I was greeted by a professional and very capable employee of Black Tie Limo Service on time I might add, he requested I not try and retrieve my luggage as that was part of the service. We arrived at my hotel in good order and the driver immediately unloaded and helped the Bell person with the luggage he then asked about my return passage and at what time I would require him. Without hesitation he replied back that the Company would be able to accommodate us with a town car, as was first reserved. To my surprise for the return passage the Town Car was not available instead they sent a STRETCH LIMO for our departure. On time and without incident. Post script I have booked with them for my next visit and have made arrangements for a city tour for my guests. President Atlas Auto Parts & Salvage North Hollywood California M.Thomas Rukavina

Black Tie has provided awsome airport service for our IT department. Always on time, great office staff, cleam town cars. Last time I used them they upgrade me and my boss to a Limousine. I love their online reservation system. Thanks Black Tie!

Pros: Service, Reliable, Clean Cars, Friendly

Cons: Dont get to use them enough.

We use this limo service for rides to and from the airport. Drivers always on early, helpul and courteous

I booked BlackTie for 5 hours for our wedding. The ride to the reception was decent. We were getting ready to leave the reception and I am informed that the limo isn't there. Instead of enjoying the last 30 minutes of my reception, I was on the phone with BlackTie. They forgot I booked a 5th hour. The driver waited for 4 hours, called the company and left. The driver could have gone into the reception and ASKED someone. The company could have also looked at the CONTRACT! The driver was off and away on another job, so there wasn't going to be any car for us. In the end, we had to borrow someone's car and drive home OURSELVES. What a shame and embarassment. We were able to negotiate about 60% of the money back, which is okay, but not sufficient to prevent me from writing scathing reviews.

Cons: Leaving people behind
