Do I ever love JoAnn. We had only hired her for "the day of service", but from the moment we did that she got us organized and started emailing, organizing and working with the vendors that I had already hired. We found her enthusiastic and charming. She made us feel like we were the most important and only wedding that she was coordinating. Our vendors respected her and worked well with her. She and her husband handled , very professionally, people problems that I did not even know we had. JoAnn kept all of that away from us so that we could enjoy our daughters day. She also met with us after the wedding to do a follow up on our thoughts and impressions. I have referred her to a neighbor who also used her and was just as impressed. Thanks JoAnn you gave us a stress free, beautiful day. Cheryll Williams

I thought Jo Ann and John Woodward did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding!! My husband and I were so pleased with Jo Ann's details in her planning with our budget to give us the most beautiful wedding!! I have heard horror stories of wedding planners where when you give them their deposit, you never hear from them again - they get back to you at their convenience. But Jo Ann always got in touch with me very promptly whenever I had any questions - big or small. She had the best vendors (we loved all of them from the invitations to the flowers...they were all first rate). Because of Jo Ann and John, I was able to relax at my wedding and not be bothered by any of the small stuff. My dad told me that so many of our relatives came up to him during the wedding and told him that ours was the best wedding they had ever been to! I loved that everything was timed perfectly and was very well-organized. I could not have been a happier bride then when I was on my wedding day and I have them to thank for that.

I have an extraordinarily detail oriented wife who was attending to wedding details well and I wasn't sure we needed a planner. When we met Joanne I learned what I didn't know. The negotiations were simple and pleasing. Every detail was meticulously handled soup to nuts. Woodward and Schwartz delivered their opinions with good humor but fully respected our requests. They made a perfect production of the event. When they talk, vendos listen! They did herd a few recalcitrant guests who badly needed herding with firmness but smiles. Everyone had a marvelous time and continue their favorable comments many months later. Use this couple and you'll celebrate your wisdom!

AS A FIRST TIME BRIDE IN MY LATE THIRTIES, I WAS OVERWHELMED JUST THINKING ABOUT PLANNING A WEDDING AND WORKING FULL TIME IN MY OWN COMPANY AT THE SAME TIME. BUT I WANTED A FAIRYTALE WEDDING BECAUSE I HAD WAITED SO LONG FOR IT! JO ANN AND JOHN HELPED MAKE OUR DREAMS COME TRUE! THEY KNEW THE VENDORS WHO HAD PROVEN THEMSELVES OVER AND OVER AGAIN! THEY KNEW THE TIME LINE OF EXACTLY WHEN TASKS HAD TO BE COMPLETED. THEY LISTENED TO MY DREAMS AND TASTE! I WAS ABLE TO RELAX COMPLETELY AND FOCUS ON THE MEANING OF THE DAY INSTEAD OF WORRYING ABOUT ALL OF THE VENDORS DOING THEIR JOBS. JO ANN AND JOHN WERE EXCITED FOR US AND I FELT THEY WERE MORE THAN A VENDOR TO US. MY FAMILY AND ATTENDANTS WERE ALSO VERY IMPRESSED WITH SCHWARTZ AND WOODWARD. JOHN AND JO ANN ENTHUSIASTICALLY SHARED IN OUR PRECIOUS MOMENTS FROM DRESS SHOPPING, CAKE TASTING, SEARCHING FOR RECEPTION SITES, PICKING THE MENU, ORDERING INVITATIONS, SEARCHING FOR THE PERFECT PARTY FAVORS, PICKING FLOWERS AND KEEPING ME CALM ON MY BRIDAL POTRAIT DAY! JO ANN AND JOHN WERE VERY ORGANIZED AND WOULD SUGGEST TWO OR THREE VENDORS IN EACH AREA FOR ME TO CONSIDER, BASED UPON MY BUDGET. IT MADE IT SO EASY! OUR WEDDING WAS BEAUTIFUL AND I WAS NEVER AWARE OF ANY BUMPS IN THE ROAD. THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING AND I WAS ABLE TO FOCUS ON MY HUSBAND AND OUR SPECIAL DAY. WE STILL RECEIVE COMMENTS FROM FRIENDS AND CLIENTS THAT OUR WEDDING WAS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND FUN WEDDING THEY HAVE EVER ATTENDED. IT HAS BEEN OVER 3 YEARS! JO ANN AND JOHN COME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY US AND OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

I can't tell you what an incredible experience it was working with Jo Ann and John. Having been through the pain and stress of planning a wedding before, I knew I needed professional help my second go round. Jo Ann and John worked with me from the very beginning, and I can't tell you what a delightful experience it was having their expertise available to me. I not only saved money by taking advantage of their great relationships but I was also able to relax and enjoy the planning process. My wedding was absolutely beautiful, and more importantly stress free! I had no idea what Jo Ann and John had been doing behind the scenes (and only learned about some hiccups after everything was finished) but they worked tirelessly to make everything seem flawless and without a single hitch. They pulled off a wonderful wedding, and even helped us plan our honeymoon. They went so far as to deliver a wedding photo album (that they put together on their own) to me and my husband in Mexico when we were on our honeymoon, as they were coordinating another wedding at the same resort where we were staying! Their attention to detail is superb, and if your goal is to have a beautiful, flawless, and stress-free wedding, hire Jo Ann and John as soon as possible!

My daughter's dream wedding was accomplished perfectly with the help of Schwartz & Woodward! Even the smllest details were professionally handled with the same care and attention given to the larger decisions and I never had to worry about forgetting items as John and Jo Ann were on top of it all! On the day of the wedding we were all so relaxed and confident, and everyone was able to enjoy the festivites knowing that the Schwartz & Woodward team had everything well in check! I never thought we needed a wedding coordinator until I found out how wonderful their services are, and how valuable their contacts and suggestions can be. After my wonderful experience I would be the first to recommend John and Jo Ann.

Pros: Everything.....but most importantly the elimination of stress!!!

Cons: Not a thing!

Imagine the perfect wedding…that’s what we had thanks to Schwartz & Woodward! Our wedding weekend was fantastic. We invited 250+ friends and family and even received several dozen hand written thank you notes saying how beautiful the wedding and the arrangements were! For the Bride and MOB, Schwartz & Woodward will make your life easy --- We actually had fun working with S&W to pick our wedding resources and vendors. We created our vision for the weekend overall – then for the rehearsal dinner, the day of activities, the wedding, the wedding supper, and the following morning --- Then Schwartz & Woodward really went into high gear --- They introduced us to a selection of A-List vendors for invitations, calligraphy, music, photography, flowers, menus and wines with tastings, music and play lists and more such as ground transportation, valet parking, and vendors to do specialty items, like monogrammed T- shirts, candy boxes, tissue packs, and a customized CD of our song played by our band. We had the best people to help us make the day complete and S&W also worked with them to meet our budget with excellent service. My husband and I are so blessed that we had the care and support of Schwartz & Woodward to start us off. Please email us if you would like our personal recommendations.

To start, JoAnn completed the necessary tasks in pulling off a wedding and reception without any technical flaws. HOWEVER, the planning was a horrible experience and would have been easier without her. We (me, my husband and our family) found her very hard to work with. She seemed very hesitant about trying new things, using vendors not on her list, and she even snapped at people in the wedding party. Thankfully, most of our guests were very laidback so they wedding turned out great despite her and her husband's attitude. Definitely not recommended.

Planning an event is only worth while if you can kick back and enjoy it when the big day arrives. Hiring Schwartz & Woodward let my husband and I have the fairytale wedding people only dream of. Not only did the details fall into place perfectly, we also never needed to cme down from the cloud 9 in order to monitor specifics. Our friends spent their weddings answering questions from the waitstaff, controlling problems, and fixing shortages. Once it was over, they felt they spent a fortune to get mediocre service for a party they were barely part of. Like most others we still set out to do it ourselves anyways. We realized, though, that we were just one of hundreds of weddings. No one offered the kind of service we expected for such an investment of time and money. Once we started working with Jo Ann the same businesses were opening doors for us and hanging on our every word. They know Schwartz & Woodward mean business. S&W have carefully built relationships with people who deliver top notch service. We were amazed that we could get so much more for the same amount of money as soon as we had someone representing us who knew the business. Weddings are a major investment, so don't regret not spend the dollars correctly. Get better service, better prices, and wonderful memories; get Schwartz & Woodward.
