Ad in the greensheet is a lie

They are a bunch of liars , I called the number in the greensheet and some girl awnsered the phone and told me I got approved , when I actually didn't. I went to meet up with her and all of a sudden she was busy and I just spoke to her when I was outside the dealership but she never came out. So I spoke to someone else and it was something different then she told me over the phone. They are all a bunch of liars.

People need to get control of there life

I am new to this site but after reading all the comments about R&M Suzuki Stop i can truely say that all you people who are just complaning probably cant even afford to pay monthly anyway so listen to my story. My dad baught me a 2007 impala back in 08 i went in by myself and i tryed to purches the car but i couldnt so my dad who cant even speak english came in and coesigned for me the salesmen who helped me was very nice his name was Mario. my father also told me that if the person that he talked to had to talk spanish so they got that done i had to put nathing down and the payments were 335 a month. so PEOPLE PLESE GIVE THEM A SHOT!!! and as for all you people who are posting bad reviews CONTROL YOUR LIFE .

THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR

I WENT IN GOING ON THE PHONE CONVERSATION WITH A GIRL WHO TOLD ME 299 DOWN JUST COME IN AND WE WILL GET YOU IN THE VEHICLE I WANTED. I EXPRESSED TO HER DON'T WASTE MY TIME AND THAT IF THIS WAS A SCAM AND IF I WAS TO GET THERE AND GOT THE RUN AROUND THAT I WOULD WALK RIGHT BACK OUT THE DOOR I WALKED IN. ANYWAY I GET IN THERE AND SHE JUST WENT TO LUNCH, EVEN THOUGH I JUST SPOKE WITH HER AND TOLD HER I WOULD BE THERE IN 20 MINUTES. ANOTHER SALEMAN CAME TO SO CALLED HELP ME, I FILL OUT THE NECCESSARY PAPERWORK AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THE VEHICLE I PICKED JUST HAPPEN TO BE SOLD THE NIGHT BEFORE. EVEN WITH THE FACT I CHECKED WITH THEM TO MAKE SURE THE VECHICLE WAS THERE FIRST. OH BY THE WAY ITS STILL SHOWING THEY HAVE THE SAME VECHICLE I WANTED IN STOCK ONLIE AND THAT WAS OVER A WEEK AGO. AS THE STORY GOES THE SALEMAN TELLS ME I WOULD HAVE TO PUT A BIGGER DOWN PAYMENT AND I WOULD HAVE TO PICK OUT ANOTHER VECHICLE. I STUCK TO MY WORD AND WALKED RIGHT OUT THE DOOR. LIKE THE SAYING IF IT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, MOST LIKELY ITS NOT. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THANK YOU

Dishonest and liars

My 2009 car got flooded and I wasn't satisfied with how it rode. I told the manager that I didn't want the car. It wasn't a new 2009 car. It didn't drive like new, after they fix it. I told the Manager that I wanted to trade it in for another car. He told me, to talk to one of the salesmen. I tested out 2 vehicles. I was instructed to go and talk to this salesman and then another salesman. I SAID, want to talk to the manager. They told me he's not here, call tommorrow. FOR SEV DAYS I called, left messages, with no avail. The manager lied to me. It was a scam they pulled on me. I'm left with a screw up car I don't want . Don't go to R& m .

worst place ever! whaterver you do dont go to rm suzuki they are a bunch of liars they will get your information over the phone to tell you they got you approved when they reallly didn't ! I know this cause my best friend use to work there she got paid to lie to people. all the cars they sell there are C**P! They have a women that manages the dept her name is kimberly hernandez *aka* Star and Anna. Don't beleive anythng she says all lies! WHATEVER you do dont leave her alone with your man shes a sl*t she slept with her own sisters husband.

Biggest Liars

They are the biggest liars in the world I called a week ago about the 299 down they got advertised and they took down my info and said I was approved. When I got to the dealership the person I talk to on the phone wasn't even there they never let me talk to her (Liz). So I left the dealership and called to talk to her I can never get in touch with her they say she's always busy. So I just called again Saturday the same 800 number and someone else awnsered and told me the same thing I was approved but this time I new she was lying because this time I gave fake name and social security number. If you dnt believe me try it....There all a bunch of liars.

LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!

Well i went to R&M suzuki to try and finally land me in something newer at a reasonable price.I gotta say i went with a 97 jeep trade in and was offered 3000.00 for it since i mentioned that was the minimum id take due to the air check laws which would have given me a 3000.00 voucher for the car.So they matched it and saved me the hassle for applying for the voucher. They of course take my car and draw up the paperwork.Im allowed to take the vehicle home and told to come back in 1 -2 weeks to finish up the paperwork.I came back and was told my trade in was reduced to 2000.00 and that my monthly payments would be $100.00 more a month than we originally planned. I immediately got upset and tried to stop the deal and get my car back but was told it had been auctioned off already! Its like i was forced to buy a car now since i was left without mine.So as i continued the deal, it also came out that i was signing a LEASE on the car with a ballon pymnt at the end of 5500.00 to keep the car. NOBODY TOLD ME ABOUT THIS BEFORE. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION I WAS PURCHASING THE VEHICLE NOT LEASING IT! I WAS SUCKERED INTO THIS DEAL AND FELT POWERLESS.IVE CALLED THE LEASING CO. TO TRY AND RE-FINANCE AND WAS TOLD ITS NOT ALLOWED ON LEASED VEHICLES WHEN RM TOLD ME THEY WOULD AFTER 6 MONTHS OF GOOD PAYMNTS..ITS BEEN 18 MONTHS!!!!SCAMMERS!!

i'm a 25 yrs old single mom black female just got divorced working 2 jobs my husband took my car away I went all over town to every dealer I can see or find every one gives me the running around some of these so called nice places dont even give you a second look just judge you by the way you look or dress I went to R & M I dont know what it stands for and I dont care I just want someone to help me get some transportation to go to work and feed my kids every dealer that I went to promise me something I guess thats the way the car business is so finally I ended up over there at R & M yes well they all dress up different but who cares it felt like a normal down to earth place I did not have any problem evry one was so nice patient and freindly I got me what I wanted it took a while but I know I dont have the best of credit so maybe all you people writing up bad reviews have really very very bad credit or you are ex emplyees mad for been fired or something these days small companies like R & M SUZUKI are feeding at least 50 families or u want them to shut down like BIG BILL HEARD and so on and lay off all the workres give them some credit for standing tall in this economy and trying to help people after all you have a choice to do business where you like or you just get mad when you can't buy anything because you never paid any one in your whole life and the bank turned you down ????? wake up people stop wining and move on
