to be honest, i haven't taken a class here, i went in to get information about a drop-in class, which is a completely normal thing for a yoga studio to do--but dahn doesn't allow drop-ins! i was told i had to purchase an entire series of classes, it wasn't possible to take just one. what kind of a yoga studio won't allow you to take a single class to see if you like them? that's de rigueur for a 'real' yoga studio. the woman i spoke with was a 'close talker' and made me very uncomfortable, set off all my alarms. there's something creepy about this, and it's not really yoga. best i can figure, it's a hybrid of yoga, tai chi and meditation, which is fine, but if you google it you'll find that others have had some odd experiences there. i'm not sure what it is, but it's not yoga.

Cons: it's just creepy
