BEST HAIRCUT EVER IN PEARLAND!

This was the best haircut I ever had! The staff was patient with me and my three year old son who tagged along. Jamie is awesome! I would reccomend this place to anyone!

Love Love LOVE Olivia!!!

After my hairdresser of 8 1/2 years up and left town without giving me any notice, I called Josephine's and explained my situation and special requirements for my extra curly & highlighted hair. They recommended Olivia. LOVE LOVE LOVE HER!!!! She was on time with my appointment and took the time to study my hair before she started, matched the colors EXACTLY and figured out the highlighting pattern used by my previous hairdresser. She followed my requests to the letter and my color and cut look AMAZING!!! I have found my new salon!!!

Waste on time and money on my nails

I made an appointment at the Pearland location for a Pedi and a mani the Friday before a friends wedding. The service was very rushed and the girl who did my nails (can't remember her name) was so rushed that she kept spraying my nails before giving it enough time to dry a bit, which cause the nail polish to wrinkle... she fixed it once and the second time she told me that "its my nails and there is nothing she can do to fix it." After paying $88 for Aveda Spa Mani and Pedi I left disappointed and with a crappy nail job. Don'st waste your time or money.. there are plenty of good walk-in places in Pearland that are cheaper and do a better job.

Bad experience at Pearland Location

This was the second bad hair cut I have got at the pearland location. The first one was when I they just opened and the second one yesterday. I am so unhappy about my haircut that I have kept my hair in a pony tail trying to figure out what to do. Don't waste your money or your time.

Will never go there AGAIN....

I got an AWFUL haircut. I will never visit Josephines again. My hair was not cut even and after playing with it for half an hour to get it fixed the hair dresser gave up and said that it is a cute cut and looks good on me and it will grow on me. Now i am stock with an awful cut and have to wait for a couple of months for it to grow out

Finally, a real salon in Pearland

My daughter and I went into Josephine's on a Saturday afternoon and were given a tour right away. I made appointments for my daughter and I to get haircuts on Sunday and could not be happier with the service we received. Everyone from Bobby at the front desk to Jamie, who cut my daughter's hair, was so accommodating. No more driving to Clear Lake! Both my daughter and I will definitely go back.

Always Wonderful

As the other reviews have stated, I have always had great customer service at Josephine's.

Starting from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by the professional reception staff and offered something to drink. (On Mother's Day the mimosas were quite refreshing!) My stylist, Lily, was prompt and attentive while I explained in great detail (including pictures) the exact cut I was looking for. The haircut turned out perfectly and I love telling everyone where I get my hair cut!

Mandy fixed a bad color job and everything else was just fine. Glad I can get Aveda products and not have to drive all the way to the Galleria Aveda store.

Pearland Location!

The Pearland location just opened and it's awesome. I have been driving up to the Eldridge location for awhile and was excited to know that they opened one near me! It is the same great things you come to expect at the original place - friendly staff, soothing atmosphere, awesome stylists and products! I highly recommend. My stylist was Jamie and I loved her. She did a great job with my color and my haircut was awesome. Can't wait to go back!

Lorie is the Best!!

I have never had a bad experience at Josephine's. It has a very nice and relaxing ambience.

I love getting my hair cut and colored by Lorie! She makes you feel so comfortable and beautiful! Not to mention, that after leaving the salon, I always get asked, 'who cuts your hair?' because she does such an awesome job. Wherever Lorie goes, I will definitely follow =)
