Best lingerie store in town!

Most women wear the wrong bra size and have spent their entire lives in uncomfortable undergarments, but after one trip to Top Drawer see the error in their ways. Sure, the prices on their bras are sometimes more expensive than department stores...because you are paying for a quality garment made with nice materials that won't fall apart and will support your girls! I'm really confused by some of the reviews below, were they even in the same store that I go to? I've never been treated in any way that wasn't completely courteous even though I'm 22 and most employees of upscale lingerie stores have sneered at me. I even found a strapless bra that actually fit (and didn't slip or anything!), a serious rarity for anyone above a B cup. Basically, go here. Spend a bit of time there and try on what they recommend (based on your needs), figure which of those you love the most (and don't be concerned by what the size says but instead how it fits YOU), and buy it. Every woman deserves at least one bra and panty set that make her feel beautiful.

• Cons: Parking in Uptown isn't easy in the late afternoon

Fabulous - Customer Service; Selection

Okay, this place is wonderful. Every body shape should try them out. The girls that work there are experts. I have a fuller figure and buying swimsuits; bras; sports bras; sleepwear is a breeze and WHAT a selection!

Rude Customer Service

Unbelievabaly rude service. I was shopping for a gift and was impressed with the quality of garments. I noticed a price tag on an item and commented on the price ($150.00 for a bra) it was nothing more than a comment money wasn't an object. The sales clerk turned to me an said in a mocking tone "then go to Target honey, go to Target". I was stunned and just left the store, I have never been treated so rudely ever. I will take my money elsewhere.

Won't be Coming Back

This is my first time posting. Sorry it has to be negative.

I was referred to Top Drawer by another lingerie store that gives me fantastic ,courteous service every time I visit, but didnt happen to have what I was looking for today. Top Drawer's customer service is the exact opposite; the service was nearly non-existent. I was in the store for nearly 5 minutes while every other customer was greeted and helped around me. When I finally got the attention of on of the older clerks, she just asked, "What do you want?". I told her I was looking for a sports bra in 36DDD. She brought out a very ugly bra and told me that was all she had. After walking myself to the dressing room, I found that she gave me a 36F. Of course it didnt fit, but she told me F is a European DDD. I just thanked her and left.

I don't like looking for trouble where there isnt any but, I was the only black woman in the store and I thought it was odd that I was the only customer who wasn't greeted and helped voluntarily. I really hope I misperceived the situation, because I don't like having to see the world this way. I will not be going back to Top Drawer again.

great customer service

A friend refer me to top drawer, and i was extremely happy. the ales clerk was really nice and she knew her stuff, she just looked at me and was able to tell me my size,she brought me a variety of styles and i eventually purchased 2 bras. i love them and don't care about the prize i paid, because they fit perfectly.

The place to go- For HORRIBLE service and a mawmaw bra

A friend here recommended this store to me before I even moved here. So I drove in THREE HOURS from Louisiana, and regretted every mile of it. Sure, I got ONE great bra. [Have it on now, over a year later.] But the fit isn't PERFECT. And it's waaaaay over priced. I've been to 3 other boutiques since then, who all sell the same bra for the suggested retail value of $70something and not the Top Drawer price of $90something. It was also the worst fitting experience I've ever had. I walked in the dressing room and the associate followed me in, instructed me in military tone to take off my bra and shirt, and then informed me that I was a 38G. [As if a woman is ever really just ONE size] All she brought were 38Gs, if they were too big, she didn't offer to bring the 36, she just said "oh well, let's move on to the next one." Also, my friend [male, but just a friend] was meeting me there. And once he showed up she was more concerned with batting her nearly nonexistant eyelashes at him. She asked HIM if he wanted to be on their mailing list, not me. I tried on 25 bras, and found only one worth purchasing. She also informed me that I wasn't going to be able to find "cleavage bras" in a G cup. From Top Drawer, my friend brought me directly to La Mode where I purchased a bra that allowed for more cleavage than one girl have. I will never walk into that store again, not even on someone else's credit card.

Best place to shop for undergarments!!!!!

My mom and I went this weekend to find the undergarments for my wedding dress and for the dress she has bought. Best place to go hands down! I was worried they didn't have my size but they did. They have all sizes and what I tried on fit perfectly. I also bought a bra there and it was a little pricey but best thing money can buy. I have never bought such a comfortable bra in my life. I totally recommend this place for anyone and everyone. Perfect for buying those undergarments for your wedding dress, ladies!

Excellent Service - Quality Product

From the time walked into the shop, I was treated with extremely well. The staff is friendly and knowledgable about their products and brought me a selection to try on. I live quite a distance from this store, but they offer shipping (at no charge!) if I cannot make it back to the store. I was quite impressed and will go back again.

Actually makes bra shopping fun!

My mother and I have been buying our bras here exclusively for nearly ten years. They have the best staff, the best service, and the most beautiful lingerie in Houston. If I shop anywhere else, I can rarely find my size or there is a limited selection in it, but at Top Drawer, it is always available in anything that I want. Admittedly, it is a little pricey, but it is well worth it for the incredible fit, durability, and beauty of the product. My favorite part is that you don't even have to look for what you want. Just tell a saleswoman what you are looking for, they will give you a dressing room and bring everything to you!
