Dry Cleaning rip off

The Hotel is nice and clean however they will charge you an additional 70% increase for what the Dry Cleaner charges. I got all the receipts as they were stapled to the cleaning when I added it up it came to 53.19 but the hotel charged me 80.00 when I asked them about it I was told I should not have been able to see the real receipts but that was the hotel charge for offering the service who is by the way Men's Warehouse who did the cleaning! This is a scam and a ripoff as management does not care I would never stay here again and whats so bad is my job will take me there for the next 3 months so they will loose the income. NEVER STAY HERE!

Business and leisure travelers enjoy the ample space found in the hotel's oversized rooms. Three suite sizes are available--guests may choose from the studio, one-bedroom or studio double (suite choices vary by location). Each suite is equipped with a TV, VCR, CD player, hair dryer, ironing board, recliner, executive-sized desk, two separate phone lines, a full-sized refrigerator and a dishwasher.

Where to start?
My company uses the Candlewood Suites for business and I have stayed a few times in the last year. Each and every time something has gone wrong - A/C broke twice, freezer broke twice, microwave broke, and now the toilet is blocked and no maintenance staff are available over the weekend. Also, on a prior visit I was 'accidentally' checked-out of my room by hotel staff whilst I was out-of-state on business and a bottle of wine and expensive aftershave went missing, although the rest of my belongings were in storage!!
The ICS Hotels Group gave me a paltry $40 (less than a nights stay) as recompense for the first time's problems. Another complaint email has been sent in...
