Actually reviewing Store #31 in Pasadena, but maybe the same everywhere now.

The staff was slow and definately not interested. Order was not correctly taken. Hot dogs have shrunk by at least 1/3 the size they used to be. A "dab" of mustard was a mustard soaked bun when delivered. All items were of far lessor quality than I found a year ago at the store on Post Oak Blvd in Houston and were overpriced. The meal was not a good experience to say the least - except the lady who cleaned up the tables did smile and wished us a good evening.
