THE BEST IN TOWN

JAMES CONEY IS THE BEST EVER I EAT THERE AT THERE AT LEAST 1 A WEEK. EVERYTHING WAS FRESH AND A GREAT ENVIROMENT. AND THE STAFF WAS JUST GREAT

Actually reviewing Store #31 in Pasadena, but maybe the same everywhere now.

The staff was slow and definately not interested. Order was not correctly taken. Hot dogs have shrunk by at least 1/3 the size they used to be. A "dab" of mustard was a mustard soaked bun when delivered. All items were of far lessor quality than I found a year ago at the store on Post Oak Blvd in Houston and were overpriced. The meal was not a good experience to say the least - except the lady who cleaned up the tables did smile and wished us a good evening.

Nothing too fancy about this localized chain, just a fast-food environment with booths, tables and counters. Hot dogs are the mainstays, including the original Coney Island hot dog with mustard, chili sauce and onions and a variety of all-beef dogs on a poppy seed bun. For something different, order a bowl of chili, Frito pie or a big, juicy hamburger. Sides include french fries, Tater Tots and onion rings.

Best Hot Dogs in Town! I kid you not!

the persons that work here are well trained. they are very customer service oriented. I eat here from time to time with friends. the hot dogs here are the best. Actually, one of my friends moved out to Los Angeles recently and misses James Coney Island a lot. haha

apparently, James Coney Island can only be found in the Houston area. I go to the one in Town and Country Village and sometimes to the one on Post Oak.
