Great customer service, good value

Our Daughter's fiancee got their tuxes at Al's Formal Wear in Meyerland. They were very good in the pricing of the tuxes.. They got the Groom's tux free and also the father of the groom. I think it should have been the father of the bride instead. For think about it, who is spending all the money for the wedding. We were ab;e to pick the tuxes us 3 days before the wedding and every one's fit. This is the first time this has ever happened to us. She also bought her invitations there and they had a great selection and prices. We were a few short of invitations and they got us the couple we needed without us having to buy in lots 0f 25 without charge.

• Pros: Good customer service
• Cons: Lack of communication as to what the Bride said could be changed.

Friendly Professional Service

We want to thank LaTanya and all of the staff at the Meyerland Plaza Store in Houston (store#721). They gave us superior service, were friendly, and helpful from the invitations to the Tux rental. The groom said that the tux fit perfectly and received many compliments! We will recommend Al's Formal Wear for all future special events.
