AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! TAKE YOUR BUSINES ELSEWHERE

My sister had a plaque made for our brother that pass July 08 the plaque was to be dedicated on the third Sunday at the 11a.m. service. She had a friend pick the plaque up from these people and once we received the plaque we notice that the last name was spelled incorrectly. I immediately called and told the person

handling the account about the problem, they put me on hold came back and told me they could not fix it until Monday because the engraver was gone,I explained that we needed it Sunday. She apologized and said there was nothing they could do. I asked her didn't someone proof their work before it went out she told me yes, but somehow the spelling was overlooked. Because the plaque was part of the program

Sunday at Church you would think they could have called the engraver back in to fix the problem, but they

didn't. I called another engraver in the Galleria and my sister and I went there and he made the plaque

immediately. It's really hard to patronize your people when they really don't know about customer service. I

would not recommend this place if my life depended on it. You just lost a great customer because we had

alot more work for you. Guess you can kiss that contract goodbye. Hope you learn a good lesson from

this mistake and get better people that are willing to take responsibility for their actions.

Excellent Prices and Quick Turnaround!!

They have excellent prices and quick turnaround!!! I will defintely use them in the future. Not to mention the glass award was beautiful!!

Did NOT Deliver!!!!

They never delivered the products that we ordered. I called them for 3 weeks wanting to speak to someone about my order. Everytime I called I was told the person handling my account was with another customer and that they would call me back later. No one EVER called me EVER! They made me miss my deadline because I relied on them. Now I have cancelled my order with them, but the damage has been done already. Do NOT order from these people, their customer service is a joke!
