So, I'm on the search for some cool vans - the only place I can think to shop is Soundwaves. I reach the store and see a sign that says "Buy $100 worth of clothing or swim wear and get a $15 gift card." Pretty neat offer, but I just want to buy shoes. Then, I find this groovy dress - my total adds up to $107. At the register, I get zilch, so I ask the clerk, "what about the gift card?" He says, "Oh, shoes don't count." Since when are shoes NOT clothing??? I then turn to the giant sign behind me which DOESN'T say "excluding shoes" and point it out. He takes an annoying sigh and yells out "ok, JANINE!" to call the manager over to the counter. How freaking embarrassing. He didn't need to act like such a tool. How about, "Can you hang on one second while I get my manager?" I know you're working in a groovy Montrose music store, but get some manners and don't make you're customers feel like idiots! AND, put the dang exceptions to the offers on your signs.
Pros: Groovy clothes.
Cons: Lame service.
