This was an extremely clean hotel with a very friendly staff.I would not recommend parking there because a few cars were broken into during my two day stay.

I bought a one night stay here through priceline (ie didn't know what I'd get) and I was happy with the purchase. For $55 I got an almost 4 star hotel suite, huge room, prompt replies from downstairs, they brought up a menu for takeout and some forks very quickly, comfortable bed, though our view was crappy I know there are better ones on a less busy night. The only thing I didn't like was the parking, paid parking wasn't expected at a 3 star hotel, and the elevator in the garage was tiny. Breakfast (room service) was prompt and decent, nothing spectacular (the pancakes tasted like normal pancakes, no oatmeal or whatever they said would be in them apparent). Nice large bathroom area, swimming pool was very small so if you use them I don't recommend it. I didn't have time to use the gym or any of the other facilities, though free high speed internet is one of my favorite hotel features. That I did use, and it was plenty fast and reliable.
- Pros: price, location, room size
- Cons: parking, pool

We were supposed to stay at The Houstonian Hotel for a wedding, but we didn't book in time. We found the Sheraton through a friend. I'm so happy that we decided on this hotel! It was wonderful! The hotel staff was extremly courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Within three hours, the staff knew our names, room number and what are needs were for the weekend. The shuttle service is great! There is the Galleria Mall right next to the hotel (think Rodeo Drive meets the best mall you've been to). Also a whole bunch of cute little shopping centres around the property. The shuttle even took us to and from The Houstonian. And from what I heard, we had a better stay at the Sheraton!
- Pros: Great staff, Great beds, Great food and servic
- Cons: Views

Really quite a nice place. Rooms are quite comfortable, and the suites are great for those w/kids. True, it ain't the Four Seasons, but the staff and the location make it one of my favorite Texas hotels.
- Pros: Great Rooms, Location
