Good food and a unique concept

Since you pick all your own ingrediants for your noodle bowl, I don't think I've ever had the same thing twice. But every time I have eaten there, it has been tastey. I've only had one problem. I eat there at least once a month, so I am some what of a regular. I took two buddies there for lunch to introduce them to the place and bring some new business to the restaraunt that I like so much. But I made the mistake of eating about an hour before we went, and hardly touched my noodle bowl. I asked the owner for a to-go box, and he said I couldn't have one. He explained they didn't want people filling up on their buffet bar and then taking home their noodle bowl. I can understand his point, but he should no me by now and know that is not my method of operation. After all, my wife and I have been giving him regular business for 2 years. But I learned my lesson and make sure I am hungry when I go now.
