Australian tchotchkes and brews give this quintessentially American restaurant a distinctive Down Under flavor.

In Short
Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. Besides more than a half-dozen cuts of steak, diners can pick from large-portioned entrees like ribs, chops and shrimp or chicken "on the barbie." The Bloomin' Onion, a large onion dipped in batter and deep-fried, is an appetizer with a following.
Outback best kept secret: Lobster!
by heyalf
Bar none, the Lobster at the Outback far surpasses any other seafood or restaurant in the area. The lobster are steamed and served piping hot with succulent butter. Your palate will be mesmerized with the delightul flavor of tender lobster that almost melts in your mouth. A truly wonderful experience!
Try the grilled fish

The best kept secret at the Outback is the grilled mahi mahi and swordfish dishes. Actually some of the best seafood out there.
Are You Kidding?

How this place made it on a list of best steaks baffles my mind. The food is decent but not worth the price. The service was minimal at best...it was not quite to get up and walk out bad, but pretty close. Has about as much ambience as a Holiday Inn bathroom. If you want steaks that are better and worth the price go to Greenbriar Chophouse.
- Pros: Free pop refills, TV usually has sports, Good Looking Waitress
- Cons: Bartender was a tool, Service was slow, Not worth the cost
