Best barbeque EVER

This is hands down the best barbeque I've ever eaten. I highly recommend the brisket and the new potatoes. If you have a little extra room, go for the chocolate pudding cake or bread pudding for dessert.

If you go on a Friday or Saturday night, expect a long line. Parking can be tough at times too.

• Cons: Parking, long line on weekends

Best BBQ in town with all the trimmings. Great place for holiday/party catering needs. Central Texas has catered our holiday parties for over 10 yrs. When ever you drive down HWY 518 past Central Texas and smell the smokehouse your mouth waters!

about that patio umbrella thing who really cares its the food that matters not the peplethat run it they are as nice and friendly as possiblr ive been going there since 2000 thats 8 years of service from them ive loved every time their food is always cooked to perfection their turkey is my favorite i always get it im also a fan of their ribs bar-b-que sandwich everything there is good so try um if you havent they are the best

• Cons: by train tracks so its hard to acess at certain times and the noise from it is kinda disturbing

Central Texas STYLE BBQ has been owned and operated by one family for over 30 years in Pearland. I highly recommend this for a family style (young children, adults and older adults) as a wonderful eating establishment. BBQ experience...a little Cuban influence is abundant , as the owner is originally from Cuba...great food

and great fun....enjoy (and don't let the line scare you off, it moves fast and if you are really in a hurry

just call it in...)

Lots of food for you $

I bring all my new friends here to eat. They just can't believe the massive portions and how inexpensive it is. Anyway, all my new friends soon become old ones and we all eat there often. Some even come back from out of state to eat here. I think that says alot.

I've never had a bad experience and I highly recommend it to everyone.

It's not your typical Texas barbeque, it's better!

Great BBQ place with great selection

I have been coming to this place for years, and I recommend it to anyone who wants good, home-cooked food. They have lots of meats and sides to choose from, not to mention *really* good cobblers. In the winter, they even make chili when it's really cold outside. And if you get there and there's a really long line, you'll be surprised how fast it actually moves. Yeah, the parking is not so great, but you can park in the surrounding areas if it comes down to it.

Central Texas is the absolute best place in Pearland to eat. The food is all fresh, down to the salad (yes, they even have salad). In the summer months, they have fresh corn on the cob and fresh squash. Try the homemade bread pudding and banana pudding. I have been there many times and have never experienced a problem placing my order or getting the employees to understand what I was ordering. The service is great and the place is clean. There may be a parking problem but that is only because the restaurant is always busy and they don't have much parking space. I would recomment this restaurant to anyone and everyone.
