We have tried many party rental stores here in Houston and MR. MARGARITAS MARGARITA MACHINE & PARTY RENTALS is the BEST and CLEANEST around. We have used them exclusively for 3 years now at our BBQ cookoffs and at our reception & catering facility. One call and they have our table & chair rentals delivered - HASSLE FREE!!! Their stainless commercial grade machines are the BEST in the business and have worked FLAWLESSLY at every enent we used them. Their name brand mix is also very tasty! Last spring when we had a cold snap - they even provided us OUTDOOR PATIO HEATERS to warm up our guests - THESE GUYS ROCK!!!! Oh yes - we were using their KARAOKE MACHINE that night which was a total blast. Every body enjoyed MR. MARGARITA'S MARGARITA MACHINE & PARTY RENTALS. GREAT SERVICE + GREAT PRICE + CLEAN EQUIPMENT + COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS = REPEAT CUSTOMER!!!!

We rented a margarita machine from Mr. Margarita - Houston, and the service was horrible. They delivered a dirty machine (stawberry seeds left over from last user's strawberry daiquiries) and a dirty mixing bucket (dead spider inside), so I had to spend 30 mins. cleaning the equipment before use. Had the deliveryman set up the first batch as promised, he would have known this. After the party, they charged my credit card for returned mixes. When I contacted Mr. Margarita for a refund on the returned mixes, I was told that I would have to wait for the owner to issue a check, despite the fact that the money had been debited from my checking account several days before the call. On the bright side, the margaritas were really yummy, when they froze 1.5 hours (not 45 mins.) later! Bottom line: check the equipment and your credit debit card statement.
Pros: Tasty frozen margaritas!
Cons: Dirty equipment & poor service

This company is the greatest. They have EXCELLENT customer service and on time deliveries. The margarita machine rental was clean and worked flawlessly. THe delivery drivers took the extra time to set it up and prepare the margaritas for our guests. We loved the karaoke machine rental as well -That was a blast! And the tables and chairs we rented were clean. These guys took the time to set up everything and to take it down when our event was finished. THEY EVEN HELPED CLEAN UP!!!!! MR. MARGARITA MARGARITA MACHIINE RENTALS IS THE ONLY CHOICE FOR US

The margaritas and the machine worked great. We didn't mind that the driver was 20 minutes late dropping off the machine. However we did mind being spoken down to and yelled at when we called to schedule the pick up! An unbelievably mean driver spoke to us in an extremely demeaning tone and got increasingly rude over nothing! We just wanted to return the machine! It was not a good ending to our rental. Our friends will NOT rent from this company and neither will we after that.
Pros: Good drinks
Cons: The meanest, rudest service ever experienced!
