RUDEST PEOPLE EVER; INCOMPETENT!!!!

I have never been treated so rudely in a place of business in my life. Initially a decent experience but instructions not followed and clothes were ruined. When questioned them about this they told me to never come back because obviously I was too difficult to please. Would NOT ever recommend this shop. Also has a dog which had pooped in the fitting room...disgusting!!!
