Build Your Own Salad.Start with our fresh spring mix or shredded lettuce. Add any steak, chicken (dark or white meat) or pork carnitas. Leave out the meat and go all veggie – it’s your choice! A little of this, a little of that, make it any way you like. Then top it off with an ancho, roasted tomatillo, buttermilk ranch or vinaigrette dressing.Options:

Pot BrowniesCome on, it’s all legal what we’re doin’ here. We’re just servin’ them in a black pot and reminding you to have some fun. Not into brownies, try the chocolate chip cookie. A perfect way to top off your meal, especially if you get one right out of the oven.

Fresh Tea, Bottled Beverages and Fountain Drinks(Pepsi, diet pepsi, mountain dew, dr pepper, diet dr pepper and more). Wherever possible we serve cold beer, on tap or in bottles. A few locations are now serving frozen margaritas as well as a variety of kids beverages for your little monsters.

SteakServing grass fed, hormone-free beef cooked right in front of your eyes. It marinates for hours in our secret recipe created by freebirds founder, mark orfalea, in santa barbara, california before it hits the hot grille.
ChickenChoose between white or dark meat all-natural, hormone-free chicken. Fire-grilled throughout the day so it’s tender and moist making the perfect burrito.
Pork CarnitasWe use only all-natural pork shoulder that is slow-roasted in-house for total awesomeness.
Rice“More choices” means two kinds of rice at freebirds. Choose between our white rice made with fresh lime and a hint of cilantro or our traditional spanish rice. Or go crazy, have a little of both!
LettuceChoose between our fresh spring mix or traditional iceberg. It’s all about the crunch, so you choose what you like.Options:

QuesoMade in house with our fresh-made pico de gallo and a hint of cumin blended into creamy perfection with our mixed cheese.

We blend our mild and hot tomatillo salsas in house. Want something different? Try our signature bad *ss barbecue sauce. Or for the truly bold, freebirds death sauce.
