Jo Ann's Boutique or Boutiques are not recommended. Her business and employee practices are not honest, nor kind and compassionate. I will go elsewhere for the same fashion at a better price and much better service. The morale in Jo Ann's store is telling and stifling.

Best Sales Team around. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are very energetic and always willing to help and LISTEN to what you are saying. If for some reason i cannot find the outfit that i am looking for at JoAnn's ( which rarely happens) they staff will pull together and come up with alternative suggestions and other stores that might have what i am looking for. They have made me a customer for life.
