four staff members tried.. and nobody could do my hair. i went to the salon because my usual spot was booked. i asked for a blowdry. i never thought it would be such a difficult thing to do. nobody was able to do it. three different people tried. my hair is straight and medium length... ive had it done so many times w/o a problem. i am really just confused by how nobody could do it right. i asked if they were new stylists, but now most had over 5 years of experience. they were nice though and seemed embarrassed. they didnt charge me since nobody knew how to blowdry properly. after thirty minutes i was frustrated and left. i really hope they brush up on the basics of hairstyling....

gotta be better. took my two boys there a couple months ago because it was convenient. They had stylists available when we walked in. Both boys, as well as I, were disappointed with their cuts. The boys are nine and thirteen and were not squirming or moving, yet both received uneven cuts and marks in their hair. Tried to get the stylists to fix them but they could not improve it. Must be novices.

Won't be back.
