My mother and sister don't go anywhere else. One time my moms color turned out not like she expected it and they took her back and fixed it up with no complaining and she walked out a happy camper. Lucy and Kathy are both great and my son gets his hair cut there as well.
Terrible!! Don't let Kathy give you
highlights/lowlights!! First off she double books her clients so she doesn't pay attention to the timers once your going. She over processed my hair to the point that it was falling out. Then had audacity to tell me I needed to see a Doctor, when it was her fault. I did go to the Doctor, it was not my thyroid but a bad hairstylist. Now I'm walking around with some weird 80's mullet hairdo all because of a so called professional salon did not provide a professional service.
Horrible!. My husband has been going to K's for 10+ years and they cut his hair awesome! I figured I'd save some money and get my hair cut at K's and pay $25 instead of the $75 I normally pay. Well I got my hair cut, and it's was noticeably uneven. I'm talking one side was an inch longer than the other and the back was slanted NOT straight like it is supposed to be. I noticed when I got home so I drove back there to have them fix it. They told me it was even (even tho you could tell by looking at it that It wasn't at all). They refused to fix it and laughed in my face when I told them it was uneven. I went back to my normal hair stylist and before I even said anything to him about my hair, he immediately asked me what happened to my hair and who cut it. He couldn't believe that it was that uneven and slanted in the back. K's may be good at cutting men's hair but not women's! I will never go back there again and I rather pay $75 any day than save a little bit and have my hair look like crap!
Kathy is AWESOME. I wouldn't trust my hair to anyone but Kathy (and the people who work in her shop). Kathy is the best color artist I have seen in years and she is so dedicated to what she does so it always makes a for a great hair style.
